Very friendly representatives, Darius and Ed. Their offer met my expectation. Whole process took about 1 hour. Have to say I wasn’t expecting the transaction to go so quickly. Signed a lot of paperwork. Had reservations about signing limited power of attorney for the dmv. I opted for documents to be emailed to me and the power of attorney wasn’t included. Would definitely use them again

Darius was very personable and thorough. He understood that as the original owner I had a sentimental attachment to my vehicle. Seemed to get a fair deal for my 2006 Dodge Durango .

When I arrived, the local rep was already aware, reviewed the paperwork, and inspected the car. The process was quick and easy.

The process was smooth; non-stressful. AI was content with the time frame. Darius was a great person to work with. While I understand that the price was fair, it was less than I had hoped. A bit disappointing but I left feeling satisfied. That's the only reason it wasn't 5/5 stars.

Darius was great. I didn’t like feeling taken advantage of by the original online quote and the first quote I received once I was at the store. It was less than half. That being said, they did end up coming back up with their offer to a more agreeable number.
