Customer service was great
Customer service was great, very friendly, courteous and thorough. One thing I did not like was the fact that my car was appraised at a certain price, in order to make the appointment. After inspection, knowing well the mileage of vehicle prior to appointment, was offered a lowered price rather than what was appraised. Car was in good condition but I was told the mileage affected price.

Representative was courteous but immediately offered a "low-ball" offer. After two additional offers, he finally just asked what my price was and received a reasonable answer. from that price, we made an immediate deal.
