The team was very patient
The team was very patient, despite bringing them a car that I could not start. Once started, their review and appraisal process was much more in depth and thorough than CarMax. This resulted in a very fair appraisal of my car’s value. The next time I need to dispose of a car, I’m going to WBAC.com

highly recommend!
josh was wonderful and did everything possible to make sure i received the best offer for my car. he came out to my apartment for the inspection/test drive and then arranged for the car to be picked up. i’m so glad i went this route instead of trying to deal with the hassle of selling privately!

This is an amended review from 7-15-23. As I have stated before from previous review, Janira was great, very courteous and friendly. She was also very thorough in the process as far as inspection went. Actually received a call from corporate to rectify the situation and I am pleased to say that I am content with the outcome. They really did go above and beyond to meet expectations and I wanted to state that Webuyanycar is definitely a customer friendly business

Customer service was great
Customer service was great, very friendly, courteous and thorough. One thing I did not like was the fact that my car was appraised at a certain price, in order to make the appointment. After inspection, knowing well the mileage of vehicle prior to appointment, was offered a lowered price rather than what was appraised. Car was in good condition but I was told the mileage affected price.
