The quality of the products and professionalism of service are exemplary. Every time I've ordered online they have been delivered quickly and with an effortless checkout system.
The addition of the points scheme over the last few years has also meant some great bargains can be had.
Lastly, these guys put on flash sales and discounted items throughout the year.

Regularly have bought from these for a few years now. Excellent clothing and quality. The review would be 5 stars but my latest experience hasn’t been great. To do with a mug I had as a birthday present from my daughter. In less than a month the transfer motif started peeling off. I sent photographs to them but as it was a present and I didn’t buy direct through my account the customer service was a standard no receipt or order number no refund. I’m a supposed “Gold” customer but that obviously doesn’t count for much

Always go to Weekend Offender when at McArther Glen,always have a fantastic greeting and the store manager Lillie is just fantastic and always so helpful and always has a fantastic welcome to the store ,always has a smile on her face, always a pleasure to shop there.

I purchased a t shirt from the weekend offender brand, not had the t shirt for an exceptionally long time time, noticed the fabric came away and a hole appeared.

Clearly poor material workmanship, contacted weekend offender and not willing to do anything for me.

Poor quality garments with poor quality after sales from weekend offender, will no longer buy anything from this inferior quality brand, you’d get better quality from Primark, avoid and don’t waste your money.

Amazing brand, Arrives quickly and is good quality. Sizing is a bit odd though

Bought items 8 days ago and they still haven't been despatched. Shame really, because their clothing is pretty good. Was given an excuse that they are busy. Well employ some more staff then. Unacceptable.

I placed my order during the sales period, and the delivery was ultra-express. Thanks to DHL Express, my package traveled from the UK, through Belgium, and to Algeria in less than 48 hours! It even arrived before the long weekend here in Algeria, which was perfect timing.

This was hands down the fastest and most efficient delivery I’ve ever experienced. Weekend Offender has earned a loyal customer for life. Highly recommend!

NB: Anyone criticizing Weekend Offender clearly knows nothing about casual and terrace culture.

Dont Put a sale on and cannot keep up with orders waited nearly 3 weeks for an order , not acceptable! Try sorting your business out before putting on a sale if you cannot fulfill orders

I’m not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. Their products are excellent and always match the size chart. The customer service team is very helpful, and delivery is quick. They also have a generous loyalty program, which I really appreciate. I have no complaints at all!

I ordered a polo top when checking my email it stated a xs I did not order this size. I got in touch with customer services straight away explaining what happened they said they would refund my money and for me then to place another order and pay again with the size that I need. Why they couldn’t just amend the size on the order I do not know. Will not be ordering from here again.

I’m shocked to read the bad reviews about this company. I’ve received an exceptional customer service, particularly from a lady called Nicole.
When I had an issue with my return she was really helpful and the issue, even though it wasn’t really their fault, it was yodels, was solved brilliantly.

customer support is non existent. I returned an item and they wont refund it after spending hours chasing them. they just keep saying they will look into it. im down 100. avoid
