Weilianda Reviews

I’m in retail and one of the biggest turnoff for a customer is not know what is going on with an order. The follow up and communication with this company amazing, it was via email for the most part, but it took less than 24 hr to receive a reply to your question and/or someone contacting you to let you know where your product was. Amazing. Also the seats are amazing as well, very comfortable, well built and well priced. They even took the time to give me a call the day of delivery to make sure I received everything and that the product was to my satisfaction. My wife and I are really enjoying them.

I ordered the Chic Series in the 3 seat configuration. I live in Ohio, I ordered on a Sunday and they were delivered by Friday. They were packed up well and were very protected. The one carton’s corner was damaged but there wasn’t any damage to the chair.
I was very impressed with the quality. The leather was beautiful and the stitching was impeccable. The seating was very well padded and firm. I suspect that it will be quite a few years before they start to sag. The lighting was very cool. I do wish the bottom lights could be turned off separate from the cup holders to prevent them from shining on the screen. The dimmable feature is very nice. Overall, I am very impressed the the value, features, and quality of my new chairs. Well done Weilianda.

We love our theater seating! Weilianda was easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. They actually “held” our order until our basement was finished. Once I emailed them to go ahead and ship, we had tracking numbers the next day. We definitely recommend them!

Your product not only was a good fit for my space, but your sales representative, Janice Riddle, was able to answer my questions through pre-purchasing, purchasing, verification of shipping, delivery (both orders), and was prompt in following up every step of the way.

Weilianda's customer support is awesome along with their products. We purchased a 3-seat Luxury unit. We are very happy with the seating and the great communication from Weilianda. They provided updates and answered questions very quick. It was pleasure to order from them, in fact we are in the process of ordering another!

I love the chairs!!! In fact ordering a few more right now, great product! Great price! Great customer service! A pleasure to experience such top notch service!

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase of my blue theater chairs! From the moment I placed my order, the customer service was exceptional. The team was friendly, attentive, and kept me updated every step of the way. They answered all my questions promptly and helped me choose the best option for my home theater.

The chairs themselves are fantastic—comfortable, stylish, and easy to assemble. They really elevate the entire movie-watching experience. What impressed me most, however, was the level of customer service. The delivery was quick, and the team even followed up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.

I’ve had a lot of online shopping experiences, but this one truly stood out for its high-quality customer care. I highly recommend this company and their theater chairs.

I recently received the luxury version of their chairs, 2 rows of 3. They are extremely comfy and high quality. I was looking at many brands but settled on these chairs from great reviews and style. I highly recommend these chairs to anyone. I would buy them again in a heartbeat!

Recently purchased your luxury series home theater seating, and the experience was really good.
The seats are incredibly comfortable, providing just the right balance of support and plushness. The reclining function is smooth and holds its position perfectly, which made watching movies a truly relaxing experience. The craftsmanship is evident. The materials feel high-quality, and the stitching is impeccable.
The instructions were clear and easy to follow. We managed to set everything up in less than an hour without any professional help. The design fits wonderfully with our modern home theater setup. The color we chose matches our decor perfectly, and the overall look has elevated the room's ambiance.
The built-in cup holders and the space for the remote controls are thoughtful touches that enhance the viewing experience. I am genuinely delighted with this purchase and would recommend your seating to anyone looking to upgrade their home theater experience. Thanks for creating such an excellent product!

Quality product. Delivered on time. Easy to assemble.

I am absolutely in love with my new recliner! The comfort level is exceptional, and I find myself relaxing in it for hours on end. The reclining function is smooth and effortless, and the adjustable headrest is a game-changer. I've never felt so relaxed and rejuvenated in my life. 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give it 10 stars if I could!

These theater chairs are just absolutely amazing. I can't believe how comfortable, luxurious and high quality they are. Shipping was super fast and they keep in contact with you through the whole process. A really great touch for me was they called me the day after delivery to make sure everything was good with my order. What an amazing company with an amazing product. Definitely order your today!!!

Excellent communication and updates on the shipping and delivery. The product meets and exceeds all published information contained on its website.
Fantastic experience!

I found this company on Instagram while scrolling. I bought two of the swivel recliners. Ordering was super easy and delivery was fast. The chairs seem to have a quality build and they are very comfortable. We are really enjoying them.

Great customer service, quick to respond and help when needed. Our astronaut series are comfortable, premium quality and makes our room feel like a movie theater.

We are pleased with the product and assessories that come with.

Customer Service / Janice was just incredible! She walked me through the initial purchase process, kept me informed on shipper and tracking information, sent me videos on how to assemble and connect my 3 Seat side-by-side unit and continued her support long after seating deliveries. Just cannot say enough good things about Janice.

And yes, the furniture is impressive. I purchased the Chic series and the gold stitching really brings the chairs to a different level. Enjoy the way the power headrest not only extends up but also out some to better position your head. Only thing I would recommend is for Weilanda to upgrade the tray tables. They are plastic and appear to be already coming apart. Otherwise, very comfortable.

I purchased from Weilianda Luxury series ( love seat and two 1 row). They looks great and very comfortable. Product delivered on time as expected and it is same as described in the website. Assembly is very easy.

We love our theater seats. They are even better than we expected. They shipped quickly and are very comfy.

Outstanding customer service as well. Would highly recommend!

Customer Service has been outstanding, even after a couple of years, they still stand behind their product and help on issues that may not be part of the warranty. Great communication and support! 💯

This recliner was such a great find! It's both beautiful and super comfy. I can't stop recommending it to my friends!
