Hi, I have a problem with my order, ORDER #15556, but I haven’t received any response from you.
I placed the order in August, but I still haven’t received it. A few days ago, UPS sent me an email informing me that the delivery had been cancelled. However, I was not informed by you about the cancellation, even though I have already paid for the order.
I have been waiting for an answer, but I haven’t received any response to my emails.
Could you please let me know what happened to my order and how you intend to resolve this issue?

se si potesse dare meno punto sarebbe questo il caso. ho ordinato un capo e me ne sono arrivati due a distanza di due giorni l'uno dall'altro. Un errore del sistema, sembra, che ha confuso la mail. Comunque la mia richiesta di reso della seconda spedizione è tutt'ora sospesa dopo più di una settimana. La mia richiesta è stata quella di non pagare le 20 euro di spedizione di reso richiesti, dopo aver tarlato pagato una spedizione in più mai richiesta. Sto attendendo e non ho risposte utili, se non quella di pazientare....per cosa?

Ordered on the 13th of April, chased on the 28th of April and as at today (25th of June) still haven’t received my order or a refund.

Received what I believe is the wrong colour item. The one I ordered now says out of stock. So instead of just cancelling my order, I believe they sent something similar hoping I wouldn’t notice! Their pareos are not cheap so it would be expected to get the one you ordered! The most frustrating part is that they won’t respond to any emails or Instagram messages. Terrible customer service and I really do regret purchasing from this company.

I did an order on the 6th of June and no one has come back to me . I have sent few emails without any luck. I saw few comments on IG and loads of customers has experienced the same . I don’t recommend

Scammers.
Don’t buy, they haven’t responded to my emails, nor do they allow you to comment on their Instagram stories in case you warn others regarding the lack of communication, and not even sending deliveries.

It’s been weeks with my order and nothing, no response from the team. I am taking this to my bank today to claim for fraudulent charges

I would strongly advise against ordering from Welcome To The Love Club.

I ordered a pair of silver pants and, unfortunately, the size did not fit. What should have been a straightforward return process turned into months of frustration.

Communication was extremely slow, and most of the time I received no response at all. After several months of repeatedly following up, I finally managed to get the return approved and sent the item back. However, despite returning the pants, I still have not received my refund. At this point, I am without both the product and my money.

The company has stopped responding to my emails and messages altogether. As a result, I have now escalated the matter through the appropriate consumer protection and payment dispute channels.

The product itself may look appealing, but the customer service and return process have been a terrible experience. In my opinion, it is simply not worth the stress, uncertainty, and time spent trying to resolve a basic return and refund request.

Being honest, helpful and ‘constructive’ with my review. To all potential buyers. Just don’t buy from this company. The delivery times are a complete joke, placed my order with a 4-5 day delivery, didn’t arrive- chased after 4 weeks requesting a refund, told there was an hold up at customs, and that my order would be delivered within the week otherwise I would be refunded. It didn’t arrive and I wasn’t refunded. I’d actually completely forgotten about my purchase at this point and then it arrives 2 weeks later( that’s 6 weeks after placing my order). All could be forgiven had the quality not been atrocious. Cheap, nasty fabric claiming to be 💯 cotton. First and last purchase for me!! Do not be fooled by their instagram page.
