I requested a refund on December 8 and still haven’t received any response. I’ve already sent two follow-up emails with no reply whatsoever. Unfortunately, this feels like a scam.

Ordine mai ricevuto nonostante le continue sollecitazioni via email, sono riuscita a riavere i soldi solo attraverso l’intervento della banca. Il servizio clienti é inesistente. Sconsiglio vivamente questo sito.

Es una estafa. Las prendas son de muy baja calidad. No hay servicio de atención al cliente, no existe el correo electrónico que pone para contactar y en la web no hay ningún medio de contacto a mayores. NO COMPRAR!!

I ordered 2 Kimset-Sets and the jacket with the mirrors.
All looks exactly as seen on the pictures on Instagram and in the webshop. I am a size 10 and all three items fit perfect.
I am super happy with the quality. The delivery was a bit slow, but it was always able to track the parcel. The whole process was perfectly fine for me.

Firstly no tag was on the clothing !
Pretty sure this company is a scam . The material is so cheap
And tacky . Trying to get a refund as it one size , the pictures look really oversized and baggy. Im a size 12 and its not baggy at all . Don't waste your money !!! Its an actual joke ! Noone even replies via email .

Don't be fooled by their slick social media. This is one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. I paid ~130 euro for a pair of jeans and 4-5 day shipping - however, 2 weeks passed with no order and no communication from the company.

I had to chase them to be told they had an "unforeseen issue" and would ship my order that week with "express shipping" - however, a further week later and I still had not received my order and had to chase them up again, only to be told that my order was then "shipping tomorrow".

I have had to go through my credit card company for a refund as I have no confidence whatsoever in this awful company.

I wish I had never bothered with them and would advise anyone not to waste their time, money or energy on this awful place - worst customer service you can imagine.

I'd be amazed if the whole thing wasn't a scam.

There is nothing actually wrong with the top I bought, although it is expensive it doesnt fit me well at all.
The website and instagram page look legit, although strange you cannot comment on their posts and they dont seem to check their direct messages! I sent them an email on Monday 23rd Sept and still havent had a response. I followed up yesterday, still nothing. Conveniently there was no paperwork with the item delivered on how to return and their returns section on their website is very vague. I am not hopeful I will get my money back and wish I read the other review on Trust Pilot on this company.
