I went into a local Weldrecks to dispose of a ‘sharps container’ issued by Weldrecks to a person who is now in a nursing home in London near relatives. I was informed that Weldrecks would not dispose of the items because they had no means of disposal. This was not true because they provide vaccinations at the branch and must dispose of sharps. This container was not mine and I was trying to dispose of it safely because it had been accidentally left at my home after a visit and the individual is now in a nursing home.A Weldrecks label was on the container. Surely Weldrecks have some responsibility to ensure drugs are disposed of safely.

Trying to place an order, and have a simple question I need to ask before I order. A telephone number is shown on the website, making it seem they are reachable, but no one ever answers it, instead I am told to fill in a webform, which I have done. Now, instead of a simple question/answer, and me placing an order, I am sitting here waiting wondering if and when I will hear back from someone. Please don't show a telephone number if you are not intending to answer it (and please don't say we are very busy at this time - that's a stock answer that everyone says these days - at the very least have a queuing system so I can get in a queue and eventually get answered). Its not a great online experience.

Customer service is a key aspect in shopping experience, so your reply means a lot to me, and I do support family businesses and the potential challenges you may face. I also did eventually receive my order and everything turned out ok. On that basis I have changed my rating to 3 stars but would appreciate you looking into my feedback and putting a better solution in place for customers trying to phone during your busy periods so they can eventually speak to someone if they have a problem or query.

Website is easy to find what you're looking for and place order. Arrived at allocated shop within couple of days. Well packaged. Great service. Happy customer, will definitely use them again.

As a first time customer I had underestimated how long it would take to check and approve a prescription -especially with a weekend in between. I rang them as I feared I would run out of medication for my cat. The customer service were very helpful and because I was so worried they moved my delivery to 24 hour for no extra charge. It arrived this morning. Big thanks to them for putting my mind at rest. Lesson learned - online shopping for meds is different from ordering clothes or food. All orders need to be checked thoroughly. I will bear that in mind next time. Great price and even better service.

I needed a pharmacy who could dispense against a veterinary prescription. My regular vet pharmacy wanted £ hundreds for a 6 month supply of a specific medication, then I stumbled on Weldricks who supplied the same drug for under £17. Their prices are great and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommended.

I’m so pleased to have found Weldrick’s Pharmacy online.
I’ve ordered several vet prescription items recently, one item being a controlled drug and the process each time has been easy from start to finish.
The staff are helpful on the phone, their website is easy to use and the prices of drugs are very competitive.
What’s not to like ? 😀

Royal Mail did not deliver my pets prescription despite the envelope having £1.70 in stamps. Weldricks have been incredibly helpful with regard to this matter and our Border Terrier will get his medication on time. Many thanks Weldricks

I've used Weldricks a lot and they've been fine but my last order contained the wrong Gaviscon. I emailed them 3 times with no response and tried calling today but the phone just rings off the hook and no reply. Hopefully this review will get some attention. No doubt they'll say my emails went to spam.

I have been an online customer for several years, firstly on behalf of my mother and now for Veterinary prescriptions. Whenever I’ve needed to make contact, customer support is always very good. Mostly though, I just order online and a few days later the stuff arrives intact.
