Great service
Our experience at Wellingtons was excellent. Paul, Rory and Luke were very friendly and helpful as were the fitters. They all had amazing people skills. We would strongly recommend them.

Phenomenal
I had a fairly detailed complex order and had looked around at a number of different suppliers. I spoke with Rory Nicholls who went above and beyond to source and coordinate multiple appliances in a very tight timescale and then managed the delivery team superbly with everything happening to plan taking away a significant amount of stress. The whole experience has been utterly outstanding. Thanks Rory!

Good service
Wellingtons Home Electrical is a good company to do business with.
Despite a hiccup on delivery at the first attempt when our appliance was delivered a few days later the installation team were courteous and efficient.
I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Great customer service
Great customer service, helping us with a new integrated fridge freezer. Who knew that you need to take more into account than just the fridge/freezer split ratio? So, once we'd gotten it wrong, Rory at the Erith branch helped with one that would fit correctly. Nice to speak to people who know what they're talking about and can give you continuity each time you speak to them. I knew that Wellington's would sort our problem out, and was never worried at any point. Thanks.

Great service
I was badly let down by Curry's, so went to Wellingtons. They were very sympathetic and quickly ordered another fridge freezer for me. Meanwhile, they lent me a mini fridge to see me through until it could be delivered. They explained why it would take several days as the hot weather had caused a lot of breakdowns. Unfortunately, the fridge did not fit, although it was the same make (the company had been taken over). They delivery people made very careful measurements and Wellingtons found a model that would fit. Very friendly service and helped when things didn't work out, unlike Curry's.

Great Service
We are more than happy with our new dishwasher. Paul served us in the shop and was very friendly and helpful.
Delivery and installation went well and although a slight damage was done to the integrated door the engineer pointed it out and is returning to repair if this week. Again the installers were both professional in their job and the slight damage to the door was accidental. We will bdd ed using this company again when we need anything

A good price and excellent service
A good price on the Elica induction hob we ordered and Donna was very helpful in sorting out delivery. The hob has been delivered in excellent condition, but it is not yet installed. I would buy from them again.

Bought a Sensis RFUCF01F54EW fridge with a freezer compartment. Very easy to order, free delivery two days later. Two nice guys brought it in house without fuss. Fridge working well. Gave 4 stars as waiting for winter to see if it'll work ok in my shed without defrosting
