I ordered wellwith seabuck thorn pulp and received a broken bottle, I got a replacement after a month that too the bottle was leaking. When I opened the bottle half of content fizzing , gushing out as if it highly permented. I asked them whether it is safe to consume, but no response.
Received my order today almost after a month..Haven’t opened the package yet…so will give a review after i finish my first bottle of pulp.
It's been more than 10 days and they haven't dispatched my order.
They just booked order with delhivery, but never dispatched.
I placed an order 15 days ago and made the payment in advance, but I still haven’t received my order. The tracking status has been showing “Shipped” for many days with no proper update or delivery.
I have also tried calling their customer support multiple times, but not a single call was answered. There has been no proper communication or assistance regarding my order.
This is honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online order. Taking advance payment and then failing to deliver the order or provide proper customer support is completely unacceptable.
If I don’t receive a proper resolution soon, I will be filing a complaint with the appropriate authorities/cybercrime authorities regarding this issue.
Very disappointing. I would strongly recommend improving your delivery and customer support services.

Ordered items from their website and paid as well. Till now they have not shipped the items and also no one responds on their customer care number or their email ids.
