Whole new house build with Westbury windows and doors specified including roof lantern, french windows, side doors, front door (so beautiful). They were fantastic at setting dates, communicating, scheduling and delivering on time - all the way to Cornwall.

Everyone from architects, to builders, to visitors has commented on how lovely the windows and doors are. They work smoothly and are very, very solid.

Follow up with lost keys, child-proof latches and extras ordered at the last minute has been first class.

We have recently completed our full house renovation which included brand new windows and doors throughout…and a lot of them…as well as some bespoke window framed shapes into the gable of our barn. The team at Westbury were brilliant from start to finish. The product is first class: the patience they showed to allow us to get the exact RAL colour right was excellent; the bespoke detailing to convert into reality the architect’s design intentions was critical; the partnership with our builder was very professional; delivery timelines and commitments were all as they stipulated or better etc etc. all of it was done so professionally, patiently, and respectfully. It was an expensive part of the renovation but the product and service was and is superb and such an integral part of the overall look of the house.

I had a large extension garden room installed on our property in 2025 and wanted additional 'sliding' doors or 'pocket' doors made to compliment the rooms next to the garden room. I was not going to risk a less than competent joinery company to create those doors to my exact specifications.
Westbury Joinery did not disappoint and were as professional as my previous experience. From communication, layout plans, quality of product and aftercare, I was taken care of very well.
The process is not fast, and nor did I expect it to be. Everything is measured to the millimeter and I was kept apprised of the production and delivery times. This allowed me to schedule in the trade accordingly.
The builders who built the wall to house the pocket doors mentioned how well labeled and easy it was to assemble the doors on site.
Their product and service is exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anybody considering windows or doors to a high spec. Simply outstanding. Thank you Olivia and Team.

After an arduous search for the ideal sky lantern and French doors, I came across Westbury Windows on the internet. I drove 4 hours from Gloucestershire to Suffolk to check out their show room. I was absolutely blown away by a vision of an array of stunning windows, French doors and lanterns along with the very helpful personalised treatment I received. In a nutshell I now have an absolutely gorgeous light and airy extension with an exquisite lantern, French doors, plus window, which elicit gasps of admiration

We purchased a roof lantern from Westbury at the end of last year and our experience from start to finish was brilliant.

Our sales advisor, Rob, was superb. He guided us through the process, steering the design so it really complemented our Georgian house. In hindsight our original idea wasn’t quite right and Rob was really knowledgable when it came to getting this right for us.

After install we had a couple of remedial bits but the after sales team immediately arranged for somebody to come and have a look and it was all rectified pretty swiftly.

We wanted some French doors to match the Westbury garden room constructed some years ago. From the point of enquiry to the completion of installation, the process couldn't have been easier. The sales team took such an interest in the job they even asked us if we wanted keys to match the doors in the garden room, something we hadn't even thought of.

We used Westbury recommended fitters and, again, Westbury liaised with them to ensure that delivery and installation was coordinated. The fitters turned up on schedule, did a great job and left the site clean and tidy.

What more is there to say? The product isn't cheap but in my experience you get what you pay for!

We were blown away by our replacement doors and windows arriving. Having visited the warehouse and seen how they are made, I still couldn’t get over the quality of the item. From the builders, the fitters and just most people that visit our house - everyone has a complement to pay. The team were helpful throughout, and any issues were fixed quickly and without question.
