Westbury made and fitted all of our windows and external doors for our self build. We planned our home to be energy efficient and therefore opted for their triple glazed products.
Having visited many companies up and down the country, Westbury stood out as being the best. We were given a tour of their factory and their craftsmanship was second to none. It was a bonus that they were fairly local to our new home.
Rob was our point of contact, his expertise was invaluable to us and his communication was first class.
Our windows and doors appeared on site the day they were scheduled to arrive and they were fitted the same and following day.
Every unit fitted perfectly and our house surpassed the very high standards for a passive house air tightness test.
Despite having a lot of glazing to the rear of our house, the excellent ‘u’ values that the Westbury windows and doors achieve ensures our home is toasty warm with minimum heating, they are very efficient.

We originally started working with Westbury to supply a garden room for our new house. However, it quickly became apparent that their product and service was second to none, so we decided to then consider them to supply all the joinery for the house including all external and internal doors as well as windows, including a large oriel feature window. You've got to see and feel the product to truly appreciate it, but every phase (design, pricing, production and supply) was seamless and we are extremely pleased with the end result. It's amazing how things like windows are often overlooked but, in our opinion, the Westbury windows have been the difference between a nice house and an amazing house. Also, Adam and Robs customer service was top class.
