Westernbikeworks.com Reviews

Fast shipping, rewards

Westernbikeworks was great -- the UPS experience was dismal. UPS delayed the shipment with redelivery dates that were during a time I was out of town, then wanted me to pay to have the package redelivered on a date when I was home. I ended up having the package delivered to a neighbor, but even that was difficult with the UPS delivery driver. He initially tried to deliver the package to my address instead of my neighbor's (despite having filled out a "deliver to neighbor" form twice) -- told my neighbor that she could not sign for the packages. When she insisted that she had been authorized, he finally agreed to have her sign for the packages but wanted her to carry them from my house to hers. She insisted that he deliver them to her address for her to sign for them, which he grudgingly did. Overall, the only problem with this order was UPS.

More than just help full. I always go with Western Bikeworks and always will.

Fast service, excellent pricing. The Leader Club sales really help with my purchase decisions.

The staff at Western Bikeworks are very helpful and friendly.
They respond very quickly.
I have been purchasing from them since 2012.

Great prices. Great service. My go to source for parts.

I’ve used Western Bike Works for years, and have never been disappointed. They’ve always had good availability, good sales and quick delivery.

As usual great customer service!
WBW is always responsive and reliable. Love my Castelli Competition jersey and appreciate the competitive pricing. I see TRISports.com has merged with WBW so look for the benefits of more volume pricing and great inventory availability...

Western Bikeworks rocks. They have been my go to for years now. Recently I had an issue with a cassette. They were super knowledgeable guiding me in the troubleshooting. We figured it out and they helped me swap out a manufactures defect with no riding days lost.

The representative I spoke with was extremely helpful in getting what I wanted for my bike. Any upgrades going forward, I would 100% consider buying from Western Bike Works first before looking anywhere else.

Fair pricing, excellent customer service and economical and prompt shipping. This is a great resource for me and my bike addiction.

Super helpful salesman! Drew was an incredible help.

Generally easy but the option to redeem reward points should be more transparent.

always everything I need, delivered quickly at a good price

Good sale prices and consistent-quality services!

Consistent Service

I have ordered from Western Bike Works on numerous occasions and each time my order is delivered in a timely fashion.

Great communication about order status. Products arrive on time and without any damage.

We all know the website is fantastic, but the brick & mortar definitely deserves a notion. I’m fortunate to live relatively close, so I can pick up online orders any day I like. The people who work here are (first and foremost) genuine bike folks, so expect knowledgeable answers to your questions. It’s an added bonus that they’re always incredibly friendly and attentive. I am always greeted by name, and always tactfully given answers to my incessant questions. The store has such a massive inventory it’s hard not to ask them! The two that work here during the weekdays / Saturday are such a pleasure to work with. Kudos to the management. I’ve been shopping with them for almost 15yrs, and certainly miss the Tigard and NW stores. However this shop does the best possible job representing WBW physically today.

Western Bike Works is the best! I had a problem with my order but they fixed it right away. Thanks for caring about our user experience!
