Westernbikeworks.com Reviews

Western Bikeworks has stock of hard to find items and a great returns process. Easy checkout flow. Timely delivery. All good!

Great selection, great prices and great service.

I Love Westernbikeworks
I have been ordering from them for 5+ years and if they have what I'm looking for in stock I always choose to buy from them.

The purchasing process was easy. I thought I ordered a set of Fulcrum wheels that would fit my bike (the description was great) and they do.

The only issue i had was finding a speed sensor magnet that would work with the Fulcrum Center Lock rotor and my Domane+. Western Bike Works did not have a solution for me. But their support people found one on a manufacturer's web site that works great.

Big shout out to Martin at the showroom for always addressing my incessant bike questions and concerns. He is a pro and I can always get a confident, proper answer from him. It is always a pleasure receiving such exemplary customer service and support from everyone at WBW. I shop the showroom and website quite a bit - and have never had a bad experience.

Typically the best pricing and great range of product. Fast shipping and great customer service.

As has been my experience for the past decade, Western Bike Works has excellent prices, fast service, and an expansive selection. I was sorry to see their brick and mortar stores close, but having moved out of state, I continue to use their web site regularly.

Convenient local friendly nice products

The last two packages I received were FULL of small ANT'S!

Western Bike Works has can’t miss specials

Always a great product and customer service experience! Items ship promptly after using easy to navigate website; products clearly and consistently described; pricing is advantageous and fair; shipping options allow local store pickup. Staff at store and on the phone are personable, responsive, and knowledgeable.

Have not received the product. Looks like it has been sitting in StL regional USPS facility for 3 days.

Outstanding customer service not too mention quality merchandise and good prices.

I have gift code that I attempted to apply to my order. The system did not apply the gift code, for the second order in a row. I sent a note into support and have not received a response in over 36 hours.

System needs to be updated in my opinion to work properly versus having me chase my money. I used to love the experience with this site, not so much anymore.

Super fast shipping to Hawaii, Thanks

I buy all my tires at WesternBikeWorks for three reasons:
1) I’ve received great advice from the folks that work there, like a live human who actually bikes, and knows their stuff!
2) The great selection I have to choose from! Amazing assortment of tires I want!
3) The fast shipping times and how everything arrives in mint condition!
Thanks for your help the last dozen years!

Always happen with the deals that you have and the high quality products that are offered. The shipping is fast which is great. The points system keeps me coming back for that special item I may need later.
