Westernbikeworks.com Reviews

I have ordered a number of times from Western Bikeworks over the last several years. I have not had any negative experiences. I always get what I order quickly, and they have frequent sales which makes their pricing very competitive.

I searched online for what I was in need of. WesternBikeWorks had it at the lowest cost I found so I ordered it. It wasn't speedy delivery ... nearly 2 weeks, but it arrived when they said it would and was well packaged. I am very pleased with it and would order it again if I ever need it.

In addition to the typical great selection and great value, I was treated to additional exceptional service on this order. After placing the order, I realized I wanted the items while we were on a 7 week RV trip. The items were waiting for me at one of the campgrounds. Couldn’t be happier!

I have been a regular customer. I love the ease of the return process. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. This is my go-to bike store.

The sale rep a young lady, took my call late on a Friday; I was being very picky about product selection because the size was tricky for me at my height. She gave me fact-based answers to all my questions. I had shipping/delivery issues, because of where I live. She gave me good advice and helped me choose my shipping method. Finally, the product was expensive. I asked if it was on sale - she said no - I was quiet, she then volunteered that a sale was coming up and that she would offer me the discount price. I received delivery on time and this men' cycling BiB is wonderful and the size worked out fine. REI used to be my favorite now Western Bikeworks is my favorite.

Easy phone access. Phone number shows prominently at top of each page of website. No hunting through contact us links that try to divert you to email messages or FAQ's
Very complient with returns or exchanges.

The company is timely, honest, and easy to get ahold of. I wouldn't buy my bike equipment from anywhere else!

Fair, low price. Easy ordering process. Ordered 2 tires and replacement tubes. Received them them quickly and just as described. Overall, great experience

I've always have had great service.
Easy & non-complicated Internet shopping.
The few times I've reached out via email & diect phone contact, the customer service has been helpful.
It's too bad my LBS can't be this good.

Very easy to find what I was looking for.

Timely responses when I have shipping or return questions. Also, I love the deal of the day email specials. Have been buying from westernbikeworks for 10 years and plan to continue.

Love Western Bike Works. They almost always have what I’m looking for, and their prices are very reasonable. But what I like most is, I can browse their website and if I don’t purchase anything, I won’t receive 10 emails telling me how much I need that item. Their main competitor loves to send email after email if you don’t buy anything.

Have used Western Bike works for various road biking needs, services always prompt and easy.

Always my go-to, Western Bikewoks never disappoints. Great products, the best pricing and fast shipping keep me coming back.

I’ve shopped at WBW for years and have enjoyed their customer service and competitive pricing. When it came time for a new hitch rack, they had the best price and shipped it out quickly. Happy with the Küat Sherpa 2.0 and will continue shopping at WBW.

Always quick and straight forward experience. Order gets processed within 24 hours and items are always delivered very well packaged and in time. Highly recommended.

Great products, excellent prices, and quick delivery make a winning combination.

Ordered from online ad. Good description and a fair price. Also I am a garmin fan.
