Westernbikeworks.com Reviews

I keep coming back year after year. WBW has a deep inventory of brands, competitive prices, speedy delivery and excellent customer service. I've asked questions, returned products and never had an issue with their crew. Their points system is also geared to ensure discounts for return visits.

I had questions about the fit of the products I was considering so I called and spoke with Michael. He was extremely helpful in getting the answers I needed.

quick delivery, good selection, good prices, and responsive staff - what's not to like?

Shopping experience was fine.
Not in love with your use of Amazon Shipping.

Know what you want, wait for sale = BUY before stock is out. Good inventory, Fast ship, sale price

Easy to order, easy to pickup. Always very helpful

Having good mechanics will to answer my question before parts purchase.

Quick delivery and excellent packaging

I ordered two sets of cyclocross tires online and as soon as I submitted the order, I realized I had made a mistake on one of the sets. I called right away and the employee quickly made the change to my order and I received a confirmation by the end of the call reflecting the correction. It was nice to head this off early so I wouldn't have to deal with returns.

My go to for good deals.
Love the Varia RTL515 radar at 25% off and Castelli jersey

I found the item I needed at the best price at Western Bike Works. The order was confirmed immediately and shipped quickly, getting to me pretty fast. I recommend the shop!

Everything I purchase from you is a great experience.

We often ride on chip and seal surfaces and these tires handle so well and their durability is comforting to know that the tires will survive the rough surface.

Always delivers on time or earlier than promised

I love the ability to order and pick up my goods! Prices are always good and selection is right for me. They carry many/most of the brands I use and the folks at the showroom are always tremendous.

Very much did not appreciate delivery from Amazon shipping. Entire reason for looking for independent companies is to avoid the economic drain that is Amazon.

Western has the best website making it easy to find the right parts. Fast delivery and exactly what I needed for a great price.

Garment exchange was quick, easy and hassle free.

Customer service addressed a QC issue on bibs and took care of the situation.... great customer service. Included shipping a replacment!
