Westernbikeworks.com Reviews

Inventory of products I've bought, where other online companies were out of stock. And distance for shipping to my home is a lot closer than most. So I've made Westernbikeworks my go to online store.

Great price and fast shipping

Good selection of shoes with great pricing and fast delivery.

I am extremely happy with my purchase of winter bike tights for women from Western Bikeworks. The order was delivered timely and makes colder winter riding much more comfortable.

WBW is now my number one go to for my bike needs. Tools, tires, components, always have what I need at a fair price and quick delivery. I’ve been a customer for close to 20 years but have come to realize there just isn’t any other company that offers the products and service like WBW.

Got exactly what I needed and other customers reviews were very helpful with my buying decisions. Great quality and fast shipping

Fast delivery and great packaging..
Found the best price for my item .
Thank you.

Easy online shopping experience. Loved being able to pick up my purchase at the Portland store.

The winter Fizik winter boots I ordered, one full size up, were still too small (typical Italian company) so had to return. I discovered there is now a restocking charge, even on new, unused returns. I will be looking for alternative dealers now, which I don't want to do. But its not fair to charge people a restocking fee for unused returns that are still very undersized/unused.

I love Western Bikeworks. Big selection, great prices (holiday promos this time), and predictable shipping and service. Top it off with a recent we-repriced-so-we-credit-you is above and beyond. I love to support my local bike shops but when they don't have the selection or inventory, this place site my go-to.

Westernbikeworks is always quick to process and ship orders. Any time I have needed to contact support, I have had a positive experience with whoever has helped me resolve any concerns or answer any questions I may have had.

Quick ship. Love the price matching. It allows to keep my business at one store and accumulate points.

good selection of under saddle bags, had what i wanted and was on sale.

Ordering online is not complicated. I have found the best thing about WesternBikeworks is the employees that help you out when you call. They are always so helpful. Each time I have had to call with questions or exchanges, they have been so easy to work with and always get the job done.

Prompt fulfillment of orders. Chat is useful if you have questions.

Nothin gives me greater joy than ordering and waiting on my package. I did not need ay of this stuff but wanted it all. That Camel stainless steel Podium bottle kept ice in it for 30 miles and would have lasted 60. Gloves kept my hands warm down to 36 degrees.

All of my items arrived undamaged and as listed. The package was shipped the next business day and was packed appropriately. Luckily I did not have to engage customer service. I am glad to support this business.

Westernbikeworks is easy to navigate! I especially appreciate that you can look up your entire order history going back many years. When a pair of Castelli winter tights started to show wear at the knees? I looked back and said “ My God these are HOW old?”! Even better guess what was on sale! That’s right! Winter tights. I bought two pairs. This is why I love Western!
