I have had a very good experience with WRP Lettings. They were extremely accommodating with my move-in date, despite it being late on a Sunday evening. Throughout my tenancy, any issues I raised were acknowledged promptly and dealt with. Will from the agency was directly involved with the property and was always approachable, responsive and helpful whenever I needed anything.

Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with WRP Lettings and would happily recommend them.

Kirsty was amazing start to finish. Reporting issues in the flat was so easy and solved super quick. The move in to move out was well communicated. I couldn't recommend them enough! They are very fair to both tenants and landlords.

I am a single property landlord. Western Lettings became my property manager in 2023. 2 months later a damp issue was raised which quickly escalated into a major issue with the factoring company as to responsibility for a leaking pipe. Major repairs were needed, with the property being uninhabitable and rent lost for 14 months.
It took until early 2026 to resolve with a successful claim recovering costs and rent through the factor’s insurance . Western Lettings were outstanding in their service and management throughout this incredibly frustrating, stressful time. All the staff involved went above and beyond their duties: liaising with & managing all the different contractors involved, paying the resulting costs up front, chasing up evidence, intervening with the factoring company on my behalf and all the while keeping me updated with events.
I cannot recommend them highly enough, not only for their service, but also for their commitment and support towards “minor” clients such as myself.

Unfortunately I received poor customer service and was unable to let my property through this agency. Would not recommend

They’re really driven when it comes to customer service and always go above and beyond for their clients, which is something everyone takes pride in. They also make great use of technology and automation to keep things running efficiently, while still being transparent in everything they do. From an employee point of view, I couldn’t fault them. It’s a really supportive and welcoming place to work, and they do a lot for their team—things like lunch every second Thursday, profit sharing, quarterly socials, private healthcare, plus much more. It all adds up and makes a big difference.

THIS COMPANY'S WORKERS TRIED TO GAIN ACCESS TO MY PROPERTY, WHICH THEY DIDN'T LET LEAVING ME WHO HAS A MENTAL ILLNESS IN A STATE OF FEAR THEY TRIED VARIOUS KEYS TO GET ACCESS, AND THE ****** * COULDN'T GIVE A DAMM SAYING IT WAS A MISTAKE. IT WASN'T A MISTAKE. WHERE I LIVE IS CLEARLY MARKED WITH STREET SIGNS, AND GOOGLE MAPS ALSO GIVES MY LOCATION CLEARLY. SHE COULDN'T GIVE A DAMM ABOUT THE SERIOUSNESS OF THIS. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN THE HOME OF A RAPE VICTIM AND COULD HAVE HAD FLASHBACKS OR THE HOME OF SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN SOMEONE WHO HAD BEEN THE VICTIM OF A HOUSEBREAKING, AND TO WATCH TWO MEN TRYING TO GAIN ACCESS TO THEIR HOME COULD HAVE BEEN TRAMATIC

The best letting agency - ever.
I was really reluctant to use a letting agency due to some very bad experience from others. A friend told me about this company which is absolutely brilliant. They keep you updated and do regular checks and only disturb you when there is an important decision-making issue.

I have been with Western Lettings for years. I can only describe the experience as fantastic. They have great staff, who are very responsive and attentive. They will look after your property as if it was their own. They are always very quick to act and address any concerns from both the tenant and the landlord. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

My partner and I live in Spain and we have used Western Lettings ever since leaving the UK to help manage our property. They have been incredibly helpful, timely and always easy to reach. Their response is quick and they are considerate to both tenants and landlords. You hear so, so many horror stories about other people's letting agents that honestly I feel blessed to have stumbled across them. Could not recommend more highly.
