Do not go near this company. They're fraudulent. They claim you use premium numbers to triple your bills, dispite placing caps. Restricted service for a 30p call & still overcharged me. Customer care is terrible, patronising, rude & continued harassment for monies not due or owed. Do not go anywhere near them. I am definitely defaulting my contract as they are scammers. May as well have their offices in India as they don't speak sufficient English

COLD CALLERS FROM WEVOICE ARE SCAMMERS.
An investigation into your cold callers needs to be conducted. I only found out today you called my elderly mother in law back in Feb with a technique leading her to be from her, then, current provider, 02. After agreeing with the change of monthly payments, she didn’t realise you had signed her into a 3 year contract. We called your customer services today to cancel the contract as she has had nothing but issues, loss of signal outside her home and being cut off for hitting a limit leaving her unable to make phone calls. You told us today she was in fact in a ‘verbal’ contract and she would have to pay almost £500 to leave the contract.
I am going to look further into this with consumer rights and fraudulent selling tactics to the elderly and vulnerable.
Reading the other reviews, it appears you have been quite the professionals at this.
This is disgraceful and please don’t try to sugar coat what you are doing to these people.
*** update. I’m not sure if the response to this was sarcasm or incorrect but the caller was definitely not ‘Nathan’ and he didn’t resolve any of my concerns. Besides, you have no idea what customer I speak of. This response truly reflects your level of customer service and care for your customers. To anyone thinking of joining these, I would honestly think twice.
