Dealt with Christian Kraus, signed documentation to set up water supply for my business, had no communication in the weeks since and have been completely ghosted in my multiple attempts to email/call him. When you call their office number they just hang up after you listen to on hold music for about a minute, every single time. Bizarre behaviour, useless company, now have to go through the whole process again with someone else.

Throughout the whole transfer period we constantly asked what our charges would be, they even advised us our bills would be cheaper by using them to switch yet our bills are much much higher than we were previously paying due to an extra charge that was never highlighted to us RETAIL FEE!!! BE AWARE!!

We were told that the commission was paid by the supplier. This was not true.
We were also told we would pay about £80 a month, but the yearly charge was £1200. So once again not true.

SwiftSwitch arranged for a switch of water supplier for our businesses. They supplied us with misinformation about the product which resulted in a mis-sell. To try and resolve our supply issues I have been having to chase SwiftSwitch for months with no resolution. I can no longer get a response form the SwiftSwitch manager I was dealing with and have had to contact the suppliers myself. I will not be using SwiftSwitch again.

Swift switch were really quick in ensuring contracts for my new business but they won't respond if you have any issues. I've found myself chasing them up to the point that I've given up and contacted the providers myself.

The biggest problem I've got now is that they arranged an internet contract and because I was thinking in providing WiFi to customers, we added a type of protection insurance against hackers. It turns out that my building can't have internet that easy due to the age of the building and its location. My internet contract has been cancelled but even though I have been requesting swift switch since May to cancel the protection insurance, they haven't and I still getting charged by the internet company.

I have also requested a couple of weeks ago access to all information they hold about me and the internet company and I haven't even received an acknowledgement, and I have chased them up.

Today I have received another bill and am gonna have to contact the internet company myself as I don't trust Swift switch anymore.

Really don't recommend to anyone.

Mis-sold a tariff. Told I'd save on water when switching with SwiftSwitch, only for the "sales person" to slap an annual broker deal of £990.

This actually doubled my water increase and was told by Water+ that it is over 3x higher than what they sell.

I've contacted the company several times to be told that it is being looked at and I've requested a SAR in May (29th) with a logged complaint.

Company has had well over the mandated 8-weeks and still no answer. Sales person has been let go, probably for this behaviour, so they are even lucky to get 1 star.

I'd avoid this company as they do not help, call back, answer email requests, and are only after your cash.

I would never recommend.

Wanted water contract for one of our businesses transferring to Waterplus on 16th June, the advisor continually gave them the wrong date. I have made numerous official complaints but no one every replies. Now I have water with one company and water waste with another, a nightmare!! They are competely imcompetent, stay away!!!

Just hot air. Tried to get a water contract changed from my current supplier. Had a conversation with Aaron from Swiftswitch . Chased to sign an e form then heard nothing. Chased in May when new supplier was due to take over. Told I would be updated that day. Nothing. It’s now July. Nothing. Now it’s time to find another service. Waste of my time and now I’m in an out of contract rate so has cost me as well. Avoid these. Nothing worse than a company who’s word is worthless.

Zero stars would be more precise. Completely missold my BT package which has resulted in an absolute nightmare, costing me custom, lost revenue and hours of precious time away from my business trying to sort this out. Don't bother!

Not good. Miss sold products and left hanging.

Total disaster. Hardly able to get through on phone left several messages no reply . Finally day before spoke to you you said engineer was coming 9th June. Appointment that was changed from 5th June with your manager to 9th June where we sat for six hours waiting for engineer who never turned up was disgusting no call to say they weren’t coming. This was very stressful for an elderly customer who was very upset.

My call handler Mo was excellent. Managed to deal with an issue I’ve been having for months regarding my water utilities

I've used SwiftSwitch several times to get fixed term business rates on electricity and water supplies; this time was a bit of an emergency because our previous electricity provider went bust so our supply contract had been taken over by British Gas, who then failed to honour the fixed term of the contract and put us on a much more expensive tariff. SwiftSwitch found us a much better fixed term deal within 2 hours.

I have nothing but praise for our dedicated agent Santino Raia, he has been nothing but amazing in helping our company out, getting us the right deals and maintaining a good relationship between suppliers and ourselves and also helping us when we have come across problems and we have had a few!

The professional way I was given the information to make a decisive choice.
