We moved in new offices
We moved in new offices, had no water retailer. SwiftSwitch made the process easy and fast. Same day after I've put the request via their web page, got a call and contract and new supplier few hours later. Justin Hall-Dillon was my advisor and made the whole process easy. 2 phone calls and 2 emails, sorted.

Outstanding support- highly recommended!
Swiftswitch have really impressed me. Santino, in particular, has represented the company exceptionally well! He is fantastic, goes above and beyond in his role, and brings a personal, genuine touch to everything he does. Shay Achakobe was my contact and he was very helpful, he explained everything to me in a clear way and help generate multiple quotes until we found the one that worked for us. The final quote was not the absolute cheapest but I found the service so good that I went with Shat anyway. I feel reassured that if we have any issues there is a contact who can help.

FILLED IN MY DETAILS ONLINE FOR A SWITCH OF WATER SUPPLY. MADDIE SHORE CONTACTED ME FROM SWIFTSWITCH AND GAVE ME OPTIONS WHICH I WAS SCEPTICAL AT FIRST ON TAKING, BASED ON A BAD EXPERIENCE FROM A FORMER STAFF OF SWIFTSWITCH LAST YEAR.
MADDIE ASSURED ME THAT SHE WOULD GET ME A RELIABLE PROVIDER AND SHE SURE DID WITH HER PROFESSIONAL TOUCH AND UNMATCHED AFTER SALES SERVICE WHICH I AM SURE WILL CONTINUE THROUGH OUT MY CONTRACT WITH THE NEW WATER SUPPLIER PROVIDED.

I used SwiftSwitch to change my water utility supplier after poor performance by billing and customer service. SwiftSwitch made the process so smooth and provided me with more competitive rates. Jorden Swiftswitch On point transaction of services
The swiftswitch team am sure all carry the same standards that Jordan forde upholds, transparent, relaxed, on point and attentive with a wealth experience. One can surmise Jorden is a man of substance and may well be some one that encounters minimal difficulties in daily life, with a upbeat positive mind set, my guess would be it’s becouse Swift Switch platform has made Jordan be in the game of making things better for clients so it’s not even sales really. It’s a no brainer to go ahead with the opportunity presented from the team.
Gentleman and I’ll recommend to friends.

A nightmare is an understatement
A very unfavourable experience with this company - mis-sold us and won't do anything about it despite having the e-mail evidence to back everything A sold to us.
A lot of headaches and nine months later it still isn't resolved
