I ordered the 1940s style CC09 bra in my usual size but when it arrived it was absolutely tiny and far too tight. The quality was really disappointing, the stitching was poorly done and material was not silk or satin as expected. I was also disappointed that its not made in the UK and it's 100% polyester and made in India, so very cheap and clearly not worth the price at all. Sent the bra back for a refund but I didn't even get a full refund, they ripped me off by £3.49 so I would not recommend this company. They also delete any negative reviews from their Facebook page! 🚩🚩🚩

I have no interest in this company or their products and have consistently tried to remove myself from their mailing list and yet they still spam my email account almost daily.

I have contacted them 4 or 5 times, sent messages to them and no joy.

Perhaps this will get their attention and they may realise that unsolicited emails are a breach of GDPR and they can be fined.

Unfortunately and due to Brexit I have not been able to enjoy the product I ordered but the customer service has been EXCELLENT. I had to cancel my order in the end and I received the refund within minutes.

Ordering was easy, package quickly delivered wrapped in pink tissue paper, bra ,lovely fabric ,was well made , fits perfectly ( after strap adjustments)

I have always had fantastic experience with their customer service and appreciate how transparent they are about their manufacturing. Their products are amazing and such high quality: they really do last!

This company is clearly a labour of love and it shows throughout every aspect of their business. I'm always happy to throw money at them, but it is easy to do with their lovely offerings!

I like getting their emails because I feel like I'm part of a family, not a targeted consumer, even though I know they are a business. There is such a personal touch in everything they do.

It has been a while since I've ordered but only because everything lasts so long and I stock up during their sales! I hope they are around forever.

The best place for vintage underwear! Excellent design made with high quality materials. Delivery was fast and my item was beautifully packed. I feel like I have my confidence back in my new waspie and it’s super comfortable to wear. Highly recommend WKD if you’re a vintage enthusiast like me.

Turns out I do love shopping (always thought I hated it)! I’ve only just discovered What Katie Did and it’s absolutely stunning. I am a vintage enthusiast, mainly wear 1940’s and 50’s clothing and these pieces fulfilled expectations I didn’t realise I had. Not only do they look and feel authentic, but are gorgeous and practical. I’m elated. The sizing on the website was a little confusing and a few improvements would help when it comes to filtering items. But once the pieces arrive you forget all that 🤍

I have a number of their signature pieces and wear them for special occasions. They are well made and add a little spice to my evenings and some.
Quality garters belts and briefers to accentuate my curves and good accessories to compliment.
Price-wise, comparable with SIL and other top brands.
I will buy again, and again...

Lovely and sturdy suspender belts. They are very stretchy and stay in the right place. Just order your usual dress size, the size chart is not accurate.
