When we first started contacting Wheels For Wishes, we received already immediate response to get us started. They arranged the transportation contact. The transportation company was courteous and efficient in coming to load my vehicle and provided us with a receipt.

Process to schedule was easy. I was contacted about the pick-up in a timely manner and the driver was professional and friendly.

Straight forward entered vehicle info on the website, within a day or two was contacted by a representative to set up the pick up. Once the tow truck driver arrived, basically handed over the keys they took care of the rest. Only thing I had to do was go to the DMV and submit the transfer of ownership form, done.
