Good company but will never buy from them again.
I won the bottle of the whiskey. On the second day I got the message from the company that there is another one available to purchase which I agreed to pay. Requested invoice and 2 days letter received email with wrong year of the whiskey bottle. Later during the day another invoice arrived- one again incorrect. Next day received email from the company stating that item was withdrawn by seller and years of the whiskey was mixed.
In company which sales whiskey on auctions it’s very unprofessional.

Thank you for your review Radek, it seems a bit harsh given the circumstances but it is what it is. Our apologies that our attempts to help you get a bottle post-auction that you wanted did not work out, it was down to a genuine mistake on our part - we are all human. We hope that your next experience with us is a better one...

Ian called to our home to collect some items for auction and took time to explain how everything works. He gave us an educated view of what we could expect to make and was very accurate. We are very pleased with the price reached. We would have no hesitation in bringing other bottles to auction with whiskey bidders. 5 stars February 2025

Great company
From the initial enquiry, the team were amazing prompt and efficient. I only had 3 bottles to sell but the fun on the bidding week was great, watching my little stash building each day. Communication with everyone was top notch. I'd definitely use the service again. Well done to all 👍👍
