Whisky Brokers Associates Reviews

The bottle was delivered on time and the service has been impeccable. If I had to pick a reason for 1 less star “The outer package of the bottle was a bit damaged”. Other than that complaints.

They had availability when other sources did not. Well pakaged and arrived quickly.

Great price, nice little 30ml whisky gift, and very easy to use website

I ordered a litre bottle of a very special rum on a Friday evening and it was delivered the following Tuesday afternoon. Bearing in mind that the order was over the weekend I was impressed by the speed of the delivery. It was very well packaged and the bonus was that it was quite a bit cheaper than other suppliers. Highly recommended.

Thomas is an amazing gentleman who handles our drinks order, very puntual and diligent towards the business.

Packaged by Oliver. First time ordering from you guys but the little touch of a sample is great. Will be ordering again and on the mailing list

Fantastic customer service, fast delivery and very competitive on price

The order was a gift for a client and being able to include a personalised note is a lovely touch. The delivery was super quick arriving the next day.
They offer a great selection of Whisky, Champagne, Wine & More at competitive pricing.
I will definitely be back in the near future! Maybe even something for myself… 😏

I spent a decent amount on a nice bottle of Whiskey for a 40th gift. The only option for delivery was DPD express (24-48hr) so in total the cost was just under £100. I ordered 15/07 & received an email to say it was out for delivery, closely followed by one saying there was a problem with my order. I contacted Tom via WhatsApp, he advised it was a problem at the depot and would be resolved by the end of the week. He said the courier needed to collect the parcel from the customer, then relable & deliver. I was concerned about the condition considering it was a gift but had already been delivered elsewhere. He assured me it was unopened. I finally received the parcel 22/07 & it was a mess. The box was wet & damaged outside, as well inside the top. The bottle, thankfully, was fine, but wasn’t presentable as a gift. Tom agreed this was unacceptable & offered me a discount for a future purchase. I requested a refund of the delivery & a replacement box. The box couldn’t be sent to me for a further week, which wasn’t possible due to it being a gift. As regards the delivery reimbursement, this has still not been received & I have had no update since 07/08. Admittedly the issue was caused by the courier, but this is the only delivery option available & my contract is with the company. Overall not at all happy with the purchase process or attempts to resolve the issue.

Excellent service . Thanks to Laura and Lucy.

Believe me, this is a wonderful shop with impeccable service. He always offers the best deals and exceptional services. As an international customer, I can vouch for his excellent support—from shipping and packing to providing highly accurate and fantastic photos. You can find any type of wine at his store, and he is able to supply it all for you. I will undoubtedly become a loyal customer of his, without a doubt.

Delivery quick but haven't tasted yet...it's a gift

The delivery was received, however, with next door's address (155 Friern Barnet Lane) on the delivery label.

Our address is 155A Friern Barnet Lane - which is correct on the order.
