I always appreciate well packaged bottles that are safely delivered and this did not disappoint. I recommend this retailer and would certainly use them again.

Very difficult to get a bottle of Springbank 21 whisky so when I saw one for sale on Whisky Situation website I decided to go for it. Very swift delivery, beautifully packaged, I was very happy when it arrived. Haven’t opened it yet but I will do so soon! Bought it to enjoy. I’m impressed with the choice at Whisky Situation and will be using them again. Would definitely recommend having a look.

I placed my order over a month ago and have still not received it.

I emailed several times and got a response at the end of June 2026 with a promise my order would be delivered the following week, with the reason that some system error affected the order, not sure what exactly was stopping them putting the whisky they knew I’d ordered into a box and sending it but there we go, though it did emerge on that email from them that despite the bottles showing as in stock when I ordered they said they were waiting for a delivery from a supplier, in any case this must have never happened as I have not received my order or any update.

This is literally the worst experience I have ever had from a whisky shop and I have tried to be patient and understanding but all I can recommend at this point is that other customers avoid this company like the plague, so poor and unacceptable to be treated like this.

Purchased miniature Oban malt. Good communication with seller. Queried dispatch time but prompt response showed Royal Mail to have missed planned uplift. Item was received shortly thereafter and good communication/updates from Carlos.

I've been buying from Carlos and the Whisky Situation for a couple years now. They have the best selection and the best prices! I trust Carlos' palate and everything he recommended were delicious. I only trust a few people with their recommendations and he is one of them. Shipping to the US is very reasonable and most of the time the shipping gets here faster than the domestic ones! I wish I lived in UK so I can visit his bar! I highly recommend Carlos and the Whisky Situation!
