WhiteKnights Estate Agency Reviews 

By far the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider, as I hesitate to call them 'professional services'. They were anything but professional. They assured us they were on the case with our prospective buyers and, days before we were due to complete, they told us the buyer was still due to give their two-month notice. This collapsed the chains for both the other owner of the property and for myself. They failed to check the notice was served, they failed to inform us it wasn't, they caused us huge upheaval and extra cost and put our lives on hold while we remarket the property. I'm still quite stunned by the experience, it will take a while to process.

It was the sale of my father’s property. The initial appointment with the manager was good. The property had a buyer and chain fairly quickly, however during the sale process there was a definite lack of communication and customer service. My father passed away during the process and I obtained probate very quickly to prevent any delays. There was a hold up in the process which was not communicated to me. I tried to call the office but the agent that I’d spoken to previously was not interested in talking to me and I was passed onto a progression company, not Whiteknights. This is perhaps a new thing that’s been brought in but by this time we were 4 months into the process and the progression company being used sent correspondence as though the process had just started. I also got an email to my email address, addressing my deceased father of 3 months asking how the service was going! I have used Whiteknights a few times before but wouldn’t recommend them I’m now afraid. The initial person dealing with me was the manager, then I was passed to another agent then the progression company in Wales. It did feel as though I was dumped on them and I also found out the manager that had valued the property initially also had left.

Whiteknights marketed my property very effectively, they offered me good advice and they found good buyers very quickly. The price they charged me was very reasonable and I was very happy with the service I received. Previously, I bought a house they marketed and my experience was equally positive. We had tried using an online estate agent which had been unsuccessful with changes of personnel, little knowledge of the area etc. We decided to try WhiteKnights and the experience could not have been more different.
