Great service, great price(s) and quick delivery. Excellent customer service and I would happily use White Milne & Co. again.

Purchased a Makita DTD152Z
Purchased a Makita DTD152Z. This was delivered in a hair product box and not a branded Makita box as new. The item looked like an ex display product. I was then informed by both the seller and the Makita Sales Manager that this practice is known by Makita and they are happy for this to be carried out. They claim that the product was part of a bundle that had been split down. I have no way of verifying if this is correct on not. The item was date stamped as being 11 months old. The website does not mention that the item was a split down item that would not be supplied in a Makita Branded box.

Do not buy online from this company
Do not buy online from this company. They took my money. Then contacted me 3 days later asking for £36.95 for delivery.
I spent a long time weighing up whether or not to order online from them. I strongly advise against risking it

I was sceptical as the price was low
I was sceptical as the price was low, however the reviews were good and a quick email resulted in a prompt response, so I placed my order for a Makita MR007GZ, arrived next day, no problems and £20 less than others

Stock not updated, but friendly service.
I ordered an item from the website because it said there was one in stock however I was then issued a refund because actually there was no stock left. Apart from that, the transactions went smoothly and I was impressed with the very competitive pricing.
