I have nothing but good things to say about our 3rd time using White Mortgages. Each time, the communication has been extremely clear (what's happening now, what's going to happen and when it will happen, the next action to take etc) and this has really simplified the process. I also believe that we have got a better deal overall going through White Mortgages than we could get ourselves, even after all the admin has been sorted by them. It was always a very pleasant experience to speak to Rob . He was always patient with my fairly elementary queries and dealt promptly with all matters. He took the strain of dealing with a confusing third party and gave me great advice when deciding how to proceed.

I've used Steve and his team since my initial purchase of my first house, and every remortgage for the last 8 years. He is an extremely thorough and knowledgeable person, which seems to be applicable for his team as well. They will answer any questions, repeatedly update you on offers and decisions even after finding you a deal. The attention to detail and professionalism is what, for me, has made this service worth every penny.
I've recommended White mortgages to about 4-5 friends at this point and all have had only positive things to say.
