Quick and excellent WHMCS modification done!

We are a Canadian Company, and we used this developer to add some features to WHMCS for our customers. We had a good experience with this developer, they were one of the first to respond with a quote and quoted a fair price. The project was completed in a reasonable amount of time, communication was good.

The new features we requested were delivered according to the requirements we gave. We would hire them again.

We are dealing with WGS for the past two years. We took their epp module for domain registration. They have been giving commendable service from then on.

Made an auto provisioning module for a hypervisor. After a few communication problems, they made it work. but you should be careful: though they have experience in this domain, if you don't tell them exactly what to do, they won't do it. which easily will get to extra work/costs.

WGS developed many many custom WHMCS module for us (more than 10k USD payments for complicated custom modules and exclusive only for us), everything working as requested, even our request seems complicated but they figure out how they deal with it, they care about details, also they understand all things about WHMCS.
the nice thing is support via skype ( even i'm not using skype too much, i hope soon they use Telegram also ) because of one of whmcs module need to talk about many details to avoid issues, i force him to work on the whole weekend because of my urgent upgrade a module and he accept to work on weekend with pleasure.
after install a new module upgrade, my whmcs get some errors and he fix it fast by remote access via anydesk with explain the issue because of my current whmcs version.

it's really a good thing when they understand what mean a urgent development upgrade needed.

also they avoid protocols when talking about develop custom whmcs, just make sure you write everything you need with details to make them understand your ideas, and of course i'm sure you'll get more than you request

WHMCS Global Services is top notch! They helped us develop a custom module and supported our existing WHMCS when it came to themes and upgrades. They are extremely professional and responsive. You can do no better when it comes to WHMCS development!

We used WHMCS for client management and they have a good support team to solve our questions.

We used (still using) WHMCS global services for custom work in WHMCS, and i must say they do a damn good job. They speak and understands perfectly English, even im not the best to talk about the requirements that we need for our custom work, they perfectly understands the requirements, and they show a great insight in how whmcs works and do a damn great coding job. 5 stars from here, and definitly keep using them

Personally, I am not a fan of writing reviews, but these guys have nailed it with support and several of other aspects that should be shared. As a company I am using Blesta as a billing platform rather over anything else because it suits me and the company a lot better. After years of waiting, I finally thought to give some love an attention to my billing portal.

Which is why I have purchased the recently released ClientX Theme to give a bit of shine towards my billing portal. With a bit of misfortune, I ran into a few issues once I’ve upgraded to Blesta 5.1.2 that has broken several templates which is natural because they weren’t compatible due the upgrade. I contacted WHMCS Global Services and they informed me that it will be fixed within a very decent time frame.

Eventually they contacted me in-order to collaborate with the developer of the theme itself which was a great experience. During the process we ran into several issues which got fixed one by one within a very decent time frame. Also managed to sort out some other bugs that has popped up along the way.

Sandeep from Shine Dezign has really put in a lot of effort and great communication along the way and personally I would say he clearly fixed a lot of bugs. Personally, I would recommend providing feedback and collaborate with these guys because their great at what they’re doing.

We did a server module development for WHMCS. Very happy with the end product and planning for an update on this module.

I am using HostX theme from this Company. Purchased Theme is quite impressive and responsive.
About Support, its really good and real-time. As we do need to edit/update/customize few blocks/portions... there Support executive done a great job here. He helped us same time .. and kept online via Skype till our all customization didn't worked well.
I didn't find any problem with this company till now w.r.t purchased products.

The software that this company provide is very clean and the code have a high quality. The support is very fast and the team is very friendly. I highly recommend this company.

These guys did a wonderful job on coding our custom WHMCS module. It worked perfectly with the very first version. They provided complete documentation and install instructions as well. We are very pleased!

The module (iReadMail for WHMCS) is working properly and the support is great.
We had initially some issue in configuring the product as we wanted, but thanks to the customer support we were able to deploy mailbox with the requirement we needed.
