Great products

I had I thought ordered the organic frankincense, and Ylang ylang organic essential oils. I didn't get the organic version. The essential oils smell good, but the scent doesn't last. Can't get a hold of anyone. No phone number with a live person,, that is a red flag.. They haven't answered my email about my purchase. If the organic essential oils smell and last. That would be great. The packaging was very nice very professional.

The products work as they should, im delighted!!

I need real organic oils for a something our church was doing. These smell amazing. The quality is so much better than others we have tried. We received them in a timely manner. They were well packaged and protected.

I am pleased with the arrival of my products. They were packaged beautifully and securely. I can’t wait to start using them.

Bad BAD droppers
I bought some oils from Wholesale Botanicals. I sent in pictures of the tops that litterally melted from the oil. I made one batch when I bought them, then more than 30 days later the top litterlally melted into the bottle. They said 30 day returns. Also, I tried to review their products and it would not let me even though I had the order number and email. Thats why they have positive reviews, they block the bad ones. I have pictures but no way to post them

I would recommend Wholesale Botanics. They are very responsive with any order issues or delays. I have found them to be very helpful!!

I love wholesale botanicals! Fair prices, quality products and packaging

good product prompt service good communication

Good quality.

I have ordered several times and every time the delivery was prompt and the packages were well padded so there was never any issues. The one time that they were out of an item they quickly notified me and offered me a discount for my trouble if I wanted to wait or the ability to cancel the item. At one point they offered me a free sample kit but I didn’t follow the instructions properly so it wasn’t shipped. When I asked about it they immediately shipped the kit to me even though I screwed up. Great customer service! Always very prompt to reply to any questions.

Great selection. Easy ordering. Quick delivery. Everything arrived nicely packaged and undamaged.

The oil arrived quickly and in a beautiful box and with the dropper. So lovely.

I love these oils so much, I use them for my own up starting business!

Instead of getting the Bergamot fcf that I desperately had to have..I received regular Bergamot that could literally burn my customers..I have orders that are due tomorrow for my customers and now can't do those orders I promised because I was sent the wrong oil. I have sent 2 emails and 3 phone calls with no reply from anyone with answers. Now my orders won't be completed as promised and I have nothing to show for it... total waste of time! Absolutely unbelievable! Now what do I do?

I have bought a few of their organic oils and I'm really enjoying them. I would like to try more. Response time to customer service questions is timely as well.

Citronella oil actually worked! Now I can enjoy my backyard without all the bugs! Yay!!!
