Just received the coffee essential oil. It smells lovely, hoping the diffuser will have a lingering scent of coffee instead of some of the other oils I’ve tried that fade quickly:)

I initially was searching for essential lemon 🍋 oil
I initially was searching for essential oil because I watched a movie where they used a cleaner called lemon oil so I looked up a recipe and it said to use essential oils. So I found yours online and it jumped out at me so I ordered. I didn’t realize I would get so much but I have made lots and lots of lemon oil cleaner and people are loving it. I had to give the recipe to some family members already. So I could help promote your product if you would want me to somehow. It smells great and I pour it in vinegar and water and it cleans better than anything especially windows. So I will definitely keep your in mind when I run out.

Missing package...
My first order from Wholesale Botanicals was lost by the postal service. It appeared to be stuck in DC for over 10 days. I notified them of the situation, reported the package missing requested that, if found, it be returned to sender. Wholesale Botanicals promptly resent my order. I recieved it today. I'm very happy with their customer service. I have not tried the products yet but I have no doubt I will be pleased.

Not happy with the product I purchased
Not happy with the product I purchased. For one it states it as a natural product come to find out when I asked because when received it the label was so small to read and was misrepresented that the product is synthetic!!! Also it says it grown in USA and I emailed to find out where since it said 2 different places and they tell me India. Which then futher shocked me to be synthetic. Couldn't return since yes I was over the 30 days, I just had a baby so wasn't on the top of my list. All they offered was 10%, um no thank you and I won't ever shop from you again. What trash of a product.

We understand your frustration regarding both the product information and the return process. Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of receiving an order. As your order was placed in February and your return request was received in May, it unfortunately fell outside of our return window.
To clarify, the Vitamin E oil you purchased is one of the few products in our catalog that is synthetic, and it is classified as part of our Botanical Grade line. We understand that this may not have been obvious from the information available at the time of purchase, and we apologize for any confusion this caused.
As mentioned in our correspondence, we carry two different grades of oils: Pure Grade and Botanical Grade.
Our Pure Grade oils undergo GCMS testing to help verify that they reflect the true chemical profile of the plant and are free from contaminants or diluents. Botanical Grade oils, however, are not GCMS-tested, so we cannot verify their exact composition or purity through laboratory analysis.
Botanical Grade oils are still derived from the same plant source as their Pure Grade counterparts, but they may be distilled using methods that emphasize certain aromatic or therapeutic characteristics while reducing others. However, in the case of Vitamin E, there isn't actually a plant that's directly derived from and the variety you purchased is indeed synthetically produced.
The easiest way to identify whether an oil is Pure Grade or Botanical Grade is by checking the Oil Report section on the product page.
We would also like to clarify the country-of-origin information. We work with multiple suppliers for many of our oils, which means the country of origin can vary depending on the specific batch and supplier. While we strive to keep this information as accurate and up to date as possible, we did recently fall behind in keeping that updated and are working to get everything up to date as we speak.
We genuinely regret that we were unable to meet your needs on this occasion. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our product information and customer experience.
