Policy didn’t even start and they charged me a admin fee robbing b***ards

The whole process was very straightforward, clear and efficiently handled by the insurance agent. All round great service and recommended...Give them a call and I am sure you will be delighted.

Good realistic prices and feel I'm not been ripped off.
Do feel that personal information required ( driving licence information via DVLA, NCD and copy of driving licence) a little over kill.

A lot of faff to get insurance.
Too many personal detail requests.
Never had to justify my CLEAN license through DVLA before or provide a utility bill.
We shall see, hope I don't crash the bike as they will probably ask for the shirt off my back.

Shame as setting up the policy was easy and when the rep called asking for the CBT, DVLA code and photo ID, he was helpful.

Company doesn't open Sundays or bank holidays and that's why they took 4 days to contact me.

I made a mistake with my online application and was corrected by the cold call.

I decided to cancel as the extra premium wasn't good value.

Was rightly charged 5 days usage which I agree with but not the cancellation fee.

I paid upfront in full which I don't recommend people do as you have already handed control to Wicked and Ramasis.

Just need to wait 10 days for the refund to come through.

Company doesn't have a 14 day cooling off so I couldn't use any rights I may have.

I'd say not to use these for insurance as the admin fees are disproportionate.
These fees are document in their business agreement.

I tested the market for motorbike insurance, following my premium renewal increasing quite dramatically, for no real reason. I'm happy to say that Wickedquotes, were not only cheaper than my renewal quote, but cheaper than my previous premium also!

Aside from the price, I found their customer service to be very responsive indeed. Very happy with my switch!
