Josh was fantastic from the moment I contacted him. He came out straight away and quickly diagnosed the problem with our WiFi, offering a solution and ultimately saving us money on our contract.
He has been very professional and friendly throughout and I would highly recommend to anyone.
The work was done professionally — my laptop was overheating, and the technician repaired it properly. I highly recommend this place!
Josh has been absolutely invaluable to our business. He is always available whenever we need him, which is essential as our business operates 24/7. Day or night, he’s there to support us. When bigger issues arise, he has even dropped everything to come out and repair equipment, getting us back up and running quickly and ensuring minimal impact on our business. His dedication and reliability are second to none, and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
Had some issues with updates and general go-slow. Josh was prompt, quick to sort the problems out and honest about costs up front..no hidden charges ! Would definitely recommend and use again. Handy to know such a reliable and much needed service!!
Fantastic service from start to finish!
WiFi2DAY came out for a free site survey and didn’t pressure us into anything. The engineer was friendly, explained everything clearly, and had the WiFi and CCTV installed the same week. Everything works perfectly — fast connection, clear camera footage, and great aftercare. Highly recommend!
