I hired a boot mobility scooter from Wight Wheels Mobility for a week while staying on the Isle of Wight and was very pleased with the service. Communication was clear and responsive, and the booking was handled efficiently. The scooter was delivered before I arrived, fully charged and in good condition, and was collected promptly, with my request for a slightly later collection time helpfully accommodated. I would make one small suggestion: to provide the exact model and full specification in advance. In particular, it would have been useful to know the length of the charging cable and that the particular model I hired did not have headlights. This did not cause me any real inconvenience, however, and both issues were easy enough to work around. Overall, I found Wight Wheels Mobility helpful and easy to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I hired a mobility scooter for my aunt. The whole process was made very easy by Ian and his team. On our arrival at our holiday cottage the scooter was already there. The video I received beforehand was helpful in reminding us how to assemble and dismantle but to be honest after the first couple of times we had the process mastered. The hire made a big difference to my aunt’s enjoyment of the holiday as it meant she could enjoy the outings without getting breathless. Also the great service continued after we left as we had received the security deposit about 2 hours after we left the Island. Great company we’ll definitely use them again.

I had broken my foot the week before our holiday I needed to enjoy my holiday so rang about hiring a scooter. I was very lucky that they had a scooter returned and said I could pick it up the next day I was so grateful I could get around and see the isle of wight.

Very professional company, was highly satisfied with the scooter. We didn’t arrive until 4pm and the scooter was outside the caravan, all charged up. We departed at 9am and left the scooter outside the caravan and the deposit was refunded the next working day.

We had an excellent experience with Wight Wheels Mobility and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

From the very start of the booking process, communication with Ian was fantastic. He was friendly, helpful and kept us informed throughout, making everything completely stress-free.

We were due to arrive at Woodside Bay Lodge Retreat on Saturday 25th July, and by the time we arrived that afternoon, the mobility scooter was already waiting for us at reception. It was fully charged and ready to use, with the charger included, along with a waterproof cover in case of rain. It was exactly what we needed for our holiday.

Returning the scooter was just as easy. At the end of our stay, we simply left it back at reception for collection. That same afternoon, we received an email asking for our bank details so our deposit could be refunded promptly.

The whole service was seamless from start to finish. Having the mobility scooter meant we could explore so much more of the Isle of Wight and truly enjoy our holiday. We couldn’t fault the service and would definitely use Wight Wheels Mobility again.
