Please do not buy from this company. The wig quality and coloring is extremely poor. I ordered 2 wigs. What I received were not the wigs I ordered. I paid over $200. for both wigs. I was offered a $12. credit to purchase another wig. No refunds.

I WISH I had read the reviews for this company before I purchased the two wigs that I did. It took 4 weeks to get my wigs. 1 came DIRTY! And even though it seems like it had been washed there was still dirt or something in the wig.
They have a chat option but NO ONE is there to chat. They DO NOT return emails. UGH NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

I ordered a wig for my aunt and it has been over a month and a half and I can't contact them. If I had known this was not a company in the US I would have never ordered. Google should let people know up front if a company is American or not. There are too many headaches and horror stories with these foreign companies and we loose money. DO NOT ORDER FROM WIGSBUY.COM!!!!!!!!

I just bought some boots, and they were exactly as advertised!! I also want to say I was happy that my questions were addressed in a timely manner. The only thing I can suggest is to have an online customer service center set up for your customers to be able to speak with a representative directly. From the product I received, I will buy from Tidebuy again.

I ordered 5 wigs in November 2020. One arrived in December. They charged my acct 756.00 and I have yet to receive the rest of my order. They do not answer "live chat" at anytime day or night. They do not respond to emails. They do not call or update. My order has been in limbo for 3 months with no response. The one wig that arrived looked nothing like the photo. DO NOT purchase from this site...it's a Scam!
I will be filing criminal charges.

I ORDER A WIG FFOR which I paid$391.00 CAD.THEY SENT WRONG COLOR.THEY DO NOT WANT TO DO REFOUND. DO NOT ORDER. I WROTE TO THEM THEY DO NOT CARE.

After multiple conflicting shipping timeframes I canceled the order because I had no confidence it would even arrive by the date it was needed ( over 2 months later than the order date)

Multiple emails back and forth trying to get the full cost refunded... each time they’d come back with a different refund offer; at one point offering less than the amount previously offered.

Stick to your guns and don’t accept their BS refund offers ! Eventually I got the full cost back, I suspect so that I’d go away ! Lol

Scam business... in China, not the US as they indicate... poor English skills

Just don’t do it ... there are so many options out there, find one other than Wigsbuy .

Really terrific quality. Hair is easy to style and looks lovely in person and on Zoom calls. Only area that needs improvement is better communication about when the items will actually arrive.

Avoid this company, it's a Chinese merchant, it's not a UK Based company. All the images are fake and copied from other website, should be using your images. I ordered a wig, very poor and refused to honour me a refund, so went through my credit card via a chargeback and got my moneyback, they didn't even represent back to my credit card.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Also, wish I had read these reviews. They took almost 6 weeks to send me a wig. Placed the order on 11/11/20, got the wig on 12/21/20, but my credit card was charged the same day I placed the order ($175). Not human hair, not the color I ordered, not the wig style. Hair feels like a very thin synthetic hair, color was very light, and the hair partition was in the middle, not on the side. I have no use for this wig. When I tried to contact the company for a return/reimbursement, there was no response what so ever. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. -

Do not buy anything from this company.
Scam scam scam. No correspondence or emails from the company ever. Tracking says they tried to deliver but no one home. They did not leave a package notice nor do you know which courier company was used.
No email saying they tried to deliver, so I am sure the package was never even out for delivery.

Horrible scam company and PayPal is in it too!

Wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered from wigs buy. Waited months for my wig and when I threatened to cancel suddenly it was being shipped. It was nothing like the wig I paid 200.00 for. Not same style and not the color I ordered. Paid extra for custom color and wig was one color. Awful wig which I absolutely despise and will never wear. Tried leaving my 1 star review and it wasn’t accepted. Opened a dispute and never heard a word. Terrible company. Taking peoples money and not delivering the product ordered. Never again. They should be put out of business. Sure I’m not the only one duped by them.

I bought a wig which I thought was so cute for my wedding, I don't see the picture of the wig anymore but I'm glad I ordered it 6 mths b4. it didn't look anything like I ordered not even close I waisted money I had to go to another hair store near me to get a little satisfaction I was so disappointed. and even the color was wrong black don't look like the color red or burgundy its ok no more odering from this company. thanks but no thanks so disappointed.

This company is scamming people. DON'T BUY FROM THEM! I purchased human hair for weaving what I received was totally different from website picture. Sorry I didn't look at other reviews before I purchased from them. They don't respond to emails takes about 30 days to even receive product. I'm still trying to get my money back. Their website return policy is a lie. It states you can return your product if you are not 100% satisfied.

NEVER order from this site. Ordered human hair multi-colored short wig. Received white synthetic razor cut wig past my jawline. Charged me double the advertised price. Tried calling (first required step to process return) phone number does not work. Emailed,no response. This is the worst wig I have ever had. I am a cancer/chemo patient who needs a wig. Please don't fall for this absolute scam. My only contribution to this travesty is I did not read the reviews before I ordered. Never again!!!
