The product was not as pictured in either color or style. Don't be deceived by the photos. Customer service offered a $50 refund that never appeared on my Paypal account. There were over 25 e-mails back and forth to no satisfaction.

I purchased two wigs and neither of them were as represented on the website.
I sent email after email and they continue to send auto response reply.
No one answers their telephone.
This is a HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Don't they understand that there are women who are losing their hair and actually need a wig.

Please be warned...this company is very quick to cash in your money but leave you worried about your order with no communication whatsoever. This is me waiting on 2 wigs I ordered about a month ago and within this time, no communication about both orders. Hopefully, I can get a refund but please be warned. Don’t let this be you.

As soon as I ordered from this site I went to read the independent reviews and it hit me like a rock. I quickly cancelled my ordered literally 30 minutes after I had put it through but PayPal told me WIgsbuy had already cashed the money. I worked with PayPal to have the money refunded but it was hard to convince them since I had put accepted the payment.... Moral of the story: don't buy from this chinese company. They should not be allowed to market their products in the US. US costumers should be protected from the vultures on internet.

Horrible! Cheap hair. Style is nothing like the pictures. Hair color is not the same as advertised. Wig cap is extremely small. Everything about these wigs is a con job. This website should be shut down. DO NOT TRY. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND MAD.

Scam Scam Scan. Never buy here. I CALLED I EMAILED. They don"t respond. Their product is very bad quality. This buss should be reported inmediately.

I would like to give 0 star if there is an option!
First, the item was not in the color it should be, even though i had confirmed the color code with the customer before placed the order; Second, the shape of the wig looks really ugly and un-real, not like their advertised pictures at all! Third, i tried to contact the customer to initiate a return because they did not post a returning address on their website, and people will have to contact them first to get the address. The problem is after they knew that i wanted to return, they never responded to my emails/messages any more! Then i searched online for this website and found a lot of people having the same problems. But why such a scam website/company is still running in the US??? Anyway, do not buy anything from this website, otherwise, you will pay almost $200 for a wig that is $10-30's worth.

While i have not sent back my return yet for the wig going to WigsBuy in China because i still haven't figured out how to configure the China postal address, i saw this site and wanted to write a review.
The wig i received is not the worst quality. However, it totally doesn't match the picture in terms of length or color. Yes it's blonde and short, though the pic is a color with much more depth than what i received. Pic was like a dark strawberry blond with a few highlights, and i received a wheat color. Pic was past the ears, wig is well above my ears. They first offered me a $20 discount then a $25 discount, but what good is it if i won't wear the wig.
Luckily since i purchased it through PayPal -- as i now will do with all questionable purchases in the future -- since i didn't receive a reply about the return 3 times from WigsBuy, i contacted PP and then WigsBuy immediately replied to each message, and finally sent the return shipping address. They also have agreed to issue a full refund once they get the wig. Also, PP covers up to $30 return shipping on up to 12 purchases in a year. The estimate to ship is $37 so it's not too bad. Hopefully will figure out how to write the address label for China and get the refund. If not, will post again here.
Lesson learned: Always use PayPal when dealing with someone you don't know!

I was extremely happy with the wig, it looks beautiful, light weight, comfortable. A definite recommendation. Service was delivered within the time expected and all my questions were answered. My friends were impressed !

Cheap wigs you could get on Amazon for under ten dollars. Do not order from this company. Waste of money. ———— Consumer fraud warning———

I ordered a brown with blonde highlights and received a grey wig. The style also did not match the picture. They use celebrity pictures and the wig they sent was not similar to the picture. I submitted two refund requests with pictures and received no answer. When I would go back to check the status it would show that I had no disputes open. I tried to call the phone numbers and none of them work. I wish I would have checked this site before ordering as I spent a lot of money that I am now out of. However, hope this wig makes someone at the cancer place very happy.

SCAM COMPANY..DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...I ordered a wig that was Brown with blonde highlights and I got a plain Brown wig. I ask for a refund and was told NO..None of the phone numbers work so you can't call to complain nor get your money back. Scam company

THIS IS A SCAM!! I DID NOT READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED ..I ordered my wig looks nothing like what I ordered, I have called and called nothing but a busy signal. I have emailed and emailed no response. So I am out &160.00 and would not give this wig to a thrift store. I read in a review a lady that did receive her entire purchase cost please let us know how you did it. So disappointed in a company that sees it’s ok to scam people but it’s from China.. I could’ve even read the packing.

It is a rip-off, a SCAM! I ordered a wig from them about 2 weeks ago and received it this week, 02/3/2021. The wig was awful, nothing like what was pictured. I tried combing it out and it started shedding. I usually read reviews of a company before I order from them, unfortunately I didn't do that this time. Lesson learned! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Horrible experience !!!!! I will never buy from Wigsbuy again and want to discourage any future customers from getting scammed as I was !!! One star is not want I would give them but 0 star if the choice was there. The website is misleading, the wig I ordered took weeks to arrive. The wig was not at all what the pictures described, the color, fit and fibers were a cheap imitation and it was unwearable !!! I immediately tried to reach the company for a return of the merchandise and a full refund in the time allowed by wigsbuy return policy on their website. I send many emails to their customer service without any response, I also tried to call the number provided many times, the phone goes dead after a few rings !!!! Impossible to reach anyone !!! I ended up filling a dispute with PayPal where they were able to get me 1/3 of my money back.
Do not order any wigs from this company, you are wasted precious money that you could use on a reputable website to get your wigs... for women like me with devastating hair issues, we depend on trusted website to honor what they are advertising, for some of us, hair mean dignity, jobs and self confidence.... wigsbuy will rob you of your money.

The Customer service is excellent, respond right away for any questions and they are very helpful! I have been ordered the wigs for a few times and they all arrived in good condition. I am satisfied and very happy. They are absolutely beautiful! I love those wigs..I look much younger since i have lots of grey hair and decided not to dye my hair anymore! I think Wig is like a fashion! We can wear them anytime we want and look great!

Beautiful, full, very natural looking wig with pretty ombré when worn down. I Stitched the wig closed, added clips and wore as a ponytail too and love it.

If I could, I would leave no stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM COMPANY. The products are less than adequate. More of dollar tree quality. They will not refund. Everything comes from China, even directions in Chinese. I disputed the charges with my credit card. It still took 3 months. The wig was the wrong color and hair was coming out. Horrible experience all of the way around. Oh, and the scarves looked like nylon hose. Pathetic!!
