I ordered a wig that cost me $ 200.00 It was wrong color and style.Was not even close to description. I was told if i wanted to return it it would cost me shipping and i would only get $98 back.If i exchange for another wig i have to pay extra $20 for shipping. Its a crock of crap

I purchase a wig a month in half ago and was very excited to receive it yesterday...I paid $166 for something that looks nothing like what I order.. I ordered a Rihanna straight feathered 14"wig and got a half curl MOP..I couldn't get no one on the phone..I will charge it to the game,because that's exactly what Wigsbuy did to me,played me for a fool and I hate it...It's sad when you can't trust a company that showcase lovely wigs but only have pictures of them with the high prices I will never ever again order from Wigsbuy..Wigsbuy disgust me.I can tell they are use to ripping people off,by the type of wig they sent me in the place of what I ordered..I accidentally gave them a star and tried my damnest to take it off ,but couldn't

They do their best to avoid any contact with them. They lie! Terrible product, no ethics in that crooked company. Stay away from WigsBuy!

CROOKS!! I'm a cancer patient on disability who ordered a wig. I never received it. Asked for a refund: never received it. This company took me for nearly $250!! STAAAY AWAY!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THE COMPANY WIGSBUY, I ORDERED A WIG IN FEB OF THIS YEAR, AND ITS ALMOST MAY, AND I HAVENT GOTTEN IT. FINALLY IVE FILED A CLAIM THROUGH MY BANK FOR A REFUND, WARNING DO NOT TRY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THEM, THEY WILL ONLY GIVE YOU A PARTIAL PAYMENT IF THAT, AND DONT GO THROUGH PAY PAL, THEY TAKE TO LONG AND WONT WORK TO GET YOUR FULL REFUND, GO THROUGH YOUR BANK, AND KEEP ANY EMAILS THAT YOU HAVE SENT THEM, OH THE NUMBER THAT THEY GIVE YOU IS A FAKE NUMBER, FILE A CLAIM THROUGH YOUR BANK, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I PRAY YOU WILL BE ABLE TO GET A FULL REFUND. SMH!!!GOOD LUCK!!!!

Don't buy from this company! It takes nearly 2 months to receive the wig and the quality is horrendous! Closed weft is not closed you can see daylight between the wefts and the hair is melted! Also nowhere near the color and quality it shows on the website. The synthetic fibers belong on a Barbie doll, actually, Barbie's hair looks better! Wish I could post pictures!

I give wigsbuy.com a one star review. After placing a big order, I noticed I did not receive a confirmation email. PayPal emailed, and at that point I saw I had just paid out to an individual in China. So, I didn’t find these reviews until my order was placed. I realized it was a scam too late. Customer service was nonexistent as I scrambled to cancel. PayPal wasn’t willing to get involved until I received my items.
Luckily Chase got involved. They filed a dispute, launched an investigation, and refunded my money until the dispute was settled. They got involved because this company lacks customer service. Only after Chase got involved did wigs buy.com respond. Even then they offered only $80 of the $270 I paid out. Ultimately the company did refund all my money! It takes tenacity and help from your credit card company to get resolution!

Ordered wig and my credit card charged on March 4. No information sent regarding shipping or tracking. I emailed company and was told wig would be shipped March 29. However never received email about shipping. Email company again April 5 to cancel order. They responded April 7 stating I couldn’t cancel because my ordered was shipped on April 7. I would Never do business with this company again. Poor customer service and Wig hasn’t been received yet.

Zero star would be more suitable
I have been waiting over two month for my order. Finding out this company is listed in PayPal under Chinese not understandable name.
Please avoid buying from this company!!!

I have only myself to blame for not coming here first to see what kind of reviews this APPALLING business has received before ordering my wig!
I ordered a dark brown real hair pixie wig in a lovely short spiky gamine style.
I got a dark brown real hair wig and that is where the similarity ended!!
The cut is so bad it is actually laughable. I’m not exaggerating when I say it looks like it was done by a 6 year old - imagine what happens to a barbie doll’s hair on a boring rainy day in lockdown when a little someone borrows the kitchen scissors?! Now you’re on the right track.
I’m not sure if it can be salvaged. I’m going to try getting it cut - you never know.
I’m not wasting any time or effort in trying to get a refund because I’ve read enough here about this businesses so-called customer service policy!!

I decided to have a go at getting my money back - still in the process of taking this up via PayPal.

I ordered a Halle look wig in the color she wore on the picture, which was short length and streaked color. I was sent a long blonde wig of NO use to me. I was ask to send them a picture of what I received. After doing so they told me they could not fully refund my money gave me no address for Return of this awful wig. I hate this company. I’ve removed my subscription have no plans to ever order anything again

On 1/31/21 I ordered 2 wigs from this business, upon arrival I was blown away at the inferior quality, looked like hair from a dog! I tried to return them, total cost $261.59. They did not want to give me a full refund, offered to give me a $40 discount, then $120, then $180, finally they agreed to give me a full refund when the wigs were returned to them on 2/25/21, still no refund! When I made this purchase I used a credit card and after that transaction my card was compromised, I believe because of them although I can't confirm that. I did not want to give them another card so we made an agreement to refund my money through PayPal, still no refund and they will not respond to my emails! Now they have the wigs and my money! This is way beyond the WORST business I've ever dealt with, customer service is a joke, either a recording or a busy signal, they do not answer their phone EVER!

RUBBISH sold and mislead on refund. They do not give the full refund and then when you pay the shipping you are totally out of pocket. Offered me $12 to keep the product which cost £52 and would cost me £52 to get it back to them.

They don't even deserve a star at all. How dare you sells wigs like this. I should've read the reviews first but I did not. I wasted my money because the wig I purchased was nothing like the picture. Whoever works within this company I feel sorry for you.

I purchased a wig and they sent the wrong wig, it’s horrible, not even the right colour and terrible quality. Doesn’t fit right and not even close to the right hairstyle they advertise. They say Wigsbuy Canada but the wigs come from China. The won’t get back to me after two weeks of emailing. And I bet they are laughing at me right now. Don’t believe the positive reviews I think they write them themselves or get friends to do it. Shameful. Beware! It’s free shipping but I got nailed with a $35.00 import tax.

Do not waste your money , Bought a Wig from this company for a friend who is fighting her 2nd round of Cancer. She was in the hospital when it was delivered, I didn't open the box because I wanted her to have the joy of removing it from the package so we had to wait till she was home. Once she opened it we noticed it was the WRONG Wig. She contacted this company and was pretty much told to deal with it. You don't know when you will actually receive the wig.. and when you do you better open it right away (gift for someone else or not). They don't care about making it right for the costumer if they are clearly in the wrong. I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

I haven't had a good experience, at all!! I spent $232.00 on a gorgeous wig, that I've never received. I'm very, very, very disappointed. I have asked for my payment to be returned, yet never received a return of what I spent for the wig!! I'm not happy.

If I would have my way I could have given a Negative 1 rating for this Scam website. DO NOT i repeat DO NOT ever buy any product from these scammers. At the time of my order they mentioned 4-10 business days for delivery and even after 18 days I did not receive it and neither they replied to any of my several emails sent. It was only when i raised a dispute through Paypal they cared to reply and gave me a lousy excuse of 7-15 days of shipping time which was never mentioned at the time of order.

Please never ever buy any product from them !!!! Cheaters and Scammers this website is !!!

Rip off, rip off, rip off.

This company is a rip off!! It take 30 to 45 days before your wig arrives, the wigs are terrible,the hair feels like straws out of a broom,I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company.
