To be fair I wouldn't give this company 1 star. I am a cancer patient and I ordered a wig on 18 February, it is now 21 may and the company are telling me they are still preparing my order!!!
Numerous emails get me nowhere, they reply telling me to be patient. Absolutely disgusting! DO NOT ORDER FROM WIGSBUY

Ordered mine last year, every time they email they tell me it’s nearly done and I can only have a $50 refund if I cancel because of labour already put into it .... 7 months on still no wig and still same excuse and same $50 refund offer... such a joke ... and I’m happy to post photos of every email I’ve been sent from them and me.... with what they say and to prove I’m not lying. So so sick of being told it’s nearly done. I don’t recommend ordering at all.

My Question: Whose products is this company featuring in its website? Customers considering a purchase based in those optics should read and trust the reviews of this company. Sure there are a few "good" reviews... but non-burning buildings do not cast off smoke. It took better than 8 weeks to receive the $200.00 wig that I ordered. Because there was no response from the "email us" link, I went to the internet. TOO LATE! There is where I discovered the Truth Reviews. I read them all, even the multi-month battle that one customer underwent as she tried to get a refund. I was sooooo hoping that my purchase would be an exception to the horror stories. The wig finally arrived. I WAS WRONG. I opened the box and realized that I had paid for the worst looking assembly of stiff, straw-like, discolored fiber I have ever seen. I shutter to imagine the source of this wig. The website description is verbatim here:
"Hair Material:Human Hair
Length:10 Inches
Hair Texture:Straight
Cap Construction:Lace Front Cap
Applicable User:Women".

The website describes the color: "Color:HH#1B/30 Natural Black Evenly Blended With Auburn." It is not. The color is orange/brown.
Given the world's health concerns, I put the wig in a black trash bag to protect my family. I would never wear this wig, nor would I insult some "needy" person by donating it. I considered just trashing it and never speaking of this again, for this situation is the result of my own ignorant trust. But I needed the catharsis of adding my feedback to that of others who have trusted this company to deIiver the product pictured on their website. I should have done my research before sending my money to an unknown company. There is no invoice in the package; this rongs true to the previous reviews, as well. I trust that no other person makes such a mistake as I have made.

What I bought was not what I got and they refused to refund the full amount back.

Buyer Beware! I failed to follow that rule, but encourage you to research this scam outfit. It's almost impossible to get in touch with them, and they lead you around trying to discourage one from putting up a fight. Just check them out before you risk your money.

If I could rate 0 star, I would. Absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced.
Also, the extentions had dandruff alllllll over them but when I contacted them with photos, they want to take off $38 from my refund And I had to pay return shipping. I would happily pay return shipping for a disgusting product but why no full refund? I would have bought something else!

When I asked for a supervisor, they refused. Says EVERYTHING about the awfulness of this company. Felt like that episode of South Park where the cable guys rubbed their nipples whilst they said they couldnt help the customers.

This fraudulent place ripped me off for $152. All numbers to contact them are no good. They only use automated emails that some will contact you in 48 hrs. When I disputed purchase because I can't contact them. They will produce a delivered receipt. You can't win but I will write any and everyone I can to get someone to start an investigation on these scammers. I'm donating that piece of wig and writing it off on taxes.I've brought wigs online and this is my first scam. When you try to dispute on the website it will say NO ORDERS. I'm Blocking them and still looking for anyway to report them.

For some reason this message is coming up in my husbands name and or on his page when it shoiuld be on my page Monica Barbee ,This company is a fraud and they keep changing their name and advertising wigs that they dont have i ordered a wig from them and I wouldnt wer that wig even on halloween and then they only offered me 20.00 back on a wig that I paid 90.00 for and they even told me to take it to a barber and that it was only slightly off when it was a totally different wig than what I ordered and it was awful.

Don't buy any of these wigs .I was stupid and bought 3 .They are nothing like pictured.I read a bad review and thought I knew better.Please don't waste your money x

Do NOT buy anything from this seller! They are a cheat! Company is listed as in the UK but they are actually in China!
Bought a unit, it was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Send it back and seller wanted to keep my money. Thank goodness for paypal I was able to get my refund after 3months in addition to numerous emails sent!
Just stay clear of this seller!

Very disappointed in the wig I received. Terrible quality. Costing way more than it was worth. I've gotten better wigs for less than $100.00. and this cost me more than
$200.00. This company is a scam. Do not purchase from it. I was a fool not to read reviews first.

THEY ADVERTISE HUMAN HAIR WIGS, BUT THE WIG RECEIVED WAS LIKE HORSE HAIR AND LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE AD. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY AND DOES NOT WANT TO REFUND YOUR MONEY. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This is a terrible company. DO NOT BUY! I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering a wig. I waited ages, did not get a sales confirmation. I bought via Paypal so am trying to get a refund via their resolution centre. Wigsbuy state the wig is the same as advertised, but it has no similarity to the lovely photo on their site. Because it is Paypal, they have to respond to me. But I doubt I will get a refund. It's disgraceful that these companies continue to sell such shoddy wigs and post photos they have stolen from other sites. Buyer beware!

I recently purchased a wig from Wigsbuy and I waited for 3 weeks and all I got was an apology for the delay. I sent an email asking that my order be canceled and a refund be sent to my credit card. I knew they would have a different way of resolving it, so I told them that if they couldn’t do as I requested, I would have my credit card reverse the charge. They only wanted to send me a small portion of the amount paid. I then received my money back on my card. I have never had to wait that long for a wig. I would not recommend Wigsbuy to anyone.

I've waited 5 weeks for a wig that was supposed to get here in 7-10 days expedited; and it's never come, in fact, they shipped and delivered it to: San Antonio TX and I live in: Vancouver Washington...then they tell me I could only get 1/3 money back! This company does NOT deserve even a one-star; however, one has to push a star to continue on. There's $349.00 wasted I will never see; and in the time when I've been unemployed through the Pandemic! They are a fraud in my opinion and 'may' even be run by the CCP running a scam. Buy in USA America! WARNING TO ALL AMERICANS!

This does not even warrant a 1, but I had to choose something. Wigsbuy.com is a scam. I paid $152 for a wige that was NOT what I ordered. Too big, wrong color, wrong style. They said not to return it until I had contacted them, or it would be an invalid transaction. I called and it rang busy many times, then I got an answering machine, but could not leave a message. I emailed and they did not respond. I called Bank of America. They said they could not do anything unless I had proof of returning it. But I could not return it or Wigsbuy would not validate the transaction. Oh yes, it happens that Wigsbuy is out of London and China. That was not apparent until I called the police and they checked it out. I am s___ out of luck. Hope this helps someone else.

I found this company for my wife, who liked what she saw, and was getting ready to place an order today.

Fortunately, our intuition told us to check out Trust Pilot and read all the horrible reviews.

Needless to say, adios Wigsbuy. You are not going to scam us. I hope more wise up and check out Trust Pilot before making new purchases with an unknown company.

I ordered wigs from there and they didn’t state that they were from China-another company name:Yourchics.com from Hong Kong. It was $247.00.I NEVER EVER EVER would have ordered from a company in Hong Kong.
I notified this scam company immediately after they charged my credit card stating they scammed me and I contested it with my credit card company. I’m so sick of being scammed. Beware of the scammers. Have emailed them several times since and they refuse to respond.

I’m going to file formal complaint with Attirney General and the BB. If I have to I will take them to small claims court

Took 8 weeks to arrive. The wrong item was sent. I sent them pics to prove that it was the wrong item. Ordered ponytails and the item they sent had no drawstrings and no clips. The ponytail was two times the size of the ad. Poor quality hair. I felt pranked, it was like doll hair or for a costume.
