I too have been swamped with emails despite unsubscribing multiple times. As a previous reviewer has commented- it does indeed feel like harassment.

I believe they ignore requests for opening a dispute so that so they can say it is beyond the time to get a refund. The wig looks like a dead animal and not even closely resembles the photograph. It is devastating for a woman to loose her hair then have to go through the ordeal of getting a wig she can't wear. They have not contacted me period. The website implies 24-28 hours. Return policy is 7 days! A most expensive lesson. I should just put a frame around the wig to remind me to look before I leap.

I would’ve given it a zero star if I could. I had bought a wig from them for my mom because her hair has been falling out and she was losing her confidence. I wanted to help her bring her spirit up and ordered this cute wig I saw on their site. But when the item came after 2-3 months it looked NOTHING like the picture. So of course I contacted their customer service. They were pretty quick to respond and sounded very genuine and friendly HOWEVER this was nothing but for SHOW. I contacted them stating problems with the wig that I received and sent pictures to show where the problems were. They then stated that they would give me a “refund” if everything was packaged back to the original box and sent to them but it turns out even after I have placed everything that had came in the box and checked it, and then mailed it. I have not gotten any response on my “refund”. It has been months and NO REFUND had came.

Havent bought anything thank goodness. But they drive me nuts with endless emails even though i keep unsubscribing .They should be reported for harassment.

I totally agree with all of the bad reviews. Do not buy from this company! They will rip you off!

This purchase was a total scam. Iwish I had read the reviews earlier. The wig I purchased arrived with lots of worthless freebies. Instead of the one wig stand I had ordered, I was sent six. The wig itself was unwearable and I couldn't even part it as the base showed all the matted ends and the weaving. I tried to apply for a return but they offered me a paltry sum and another if I returned the wig which would have cost me again a lot of money. They did not honour the returns procedure stated in their terms. Fortunately Paypal came to the rescue. What you see in the photos is not what you get.

So bad! How can I let all future customers know not to deal with this shady company? They say full refund if not 100% satisfied, yet they won't refund me. They are offering less than 75%. It took them almost a month to get it to me, and now the hassle of getting a refund is crazy. Don't buy from wigsbuy!!

SCAM I ordered my $290 wig over 3 weeks ago and it says on there site still preparing?
They will not answer the phone or respond to emails
but at least I paid with paypal so if they do not send wig or if not as described I can start a paypal dispute and probably win.

Do not buy from this company. I waited three weeks for my wig to arrive from China and only had seven days to send it back. I had to make an appointment with a hairdresser to take a look at it and determine if it was real hair and then customize it to fit my head. The wig had a large seam line that was visible on top and down the back. The box it came in didn't even had an invoice slip in it. I would not recommend this company.

Only one word to describe the wigs this company sells : AWFUL !!! I ordered a wig 2 weeks ago and it was not as described ! So I asked for a refund but the company tried to convince me to keep the wig with a refund of $12... I just wanted to send back this awful wig and have my refund of $52.93. They even wanted me to pay the shipping cost for $18 and refund me $35 ! Finally, Thanks God that I paid with Paypal because I opened a dispute and a claim on Paypal and they closed the case in my favor! So I got fully refunded ! Never again I will order on this website !!!

I will NEVER order from this fraudulent company again! The wigs I ordered were COMPLETELY different from the wigs I received, and it took months before I actually received my order. I trashed one because it was horridly horrible! And the other one is under my sink with hopes that I can use it for Halloween.

This is SCAM. First, I thought they were American. They are in China.vThey sent me the WRONG item. On purpose. I ordered a wig, and they literally sent me some braid strands. When I asked for a refund, they offered me 20% and keep the POS or return the POS and pay S&H for a full refund. The minimum cost of S&H is $27.50. BUYER BEWARE. They messed with the wrong person this time. I am going to have them investigated and shut down .

This is a scam online store as so many others. You will not recieve what you think you ordered. Images are used to trick you in to buying. If you believe you can buy a hand tied wig for 50.00 pounds you need to see a wig specialist. People that know their subject. Worth their weight in gold 😀

If I could give them a 0 star I would have, but I had to give them at least one star for this review. Placed an order with this company online - The item I ordered and the item that I received are totally different. The item I received doesn't look anything like what I ordered, it is cheap junk (looked and felt like doll hair) and I believe I was a victim of BAIT and SWITCH. I have communicated with them via email to no avail. They refuse to give me a full refund and also want me to pay for return shipping. This is an unscrupulous company, they need to be shut down so they cannot do this to any other customers. I will now have to pursue this issue through PayPal. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! *Update - I disputed through PayPal and the company offered me $20 through PayPal, but they sent me a separate email offering to give me a full refund IF I CLOSED my claim (another scam) I declined and I also sent a screenshot of their email to PayPal. PayPal decided the case in my favor and the full purchase price was refunded to my account. It is a hassle to have to do this, but file those complaints and dispute the charges. They have to be stopped.

It took 3+ months to receive the wig I ordered. When it arrived, it looked nothing like the wig I thought I was buying for $217 and it was so small I ended up giving it to my child. I contacted the company wanting to return the item, but I was told that at most, they would refund $100 and I would have to it pay for the return shipping. If you decide to buy from this company, you’ve been warned.

Do not deal with this Company - I ordered a wig and when received it was not the colour pictured in their advertisement and demanded a return with full refund. They declined but admitted it wasn’t the colour pictured. The claim has now been escalated to Paypal.
This is the last time I will order online as nearly all goods come from China and you will end up in this situation.

This is the worst company I ordered from. I ordered a Nia Long wig $176. I have had one from a different company. But when I got this mess . Don't ordered from them

It took forever to get my wigs after emailing repeatedly. Then….finally arrived today. Not at all what I ordered. NEVER AGAIN.

Looked nothing like what I ordered. It was supposed to be bleach blonde. I received a straw looking, dried out piece of something. I can't tell what type of cheap material they used. I didn't even try it on!!! That's how bad it looked!
