Wiki Publishers Online screwed up my WikiProjects and refused to refund me. It has been 6 months. They ignored my email and my phone. It was $3000. They would promise me everything before you pay them. But everything changes after your payment. They are so unprofessional. My projects failed because they used a new Wiki account to edit my page. Wiki found it and blocked their account and delete the revised content on the page. It was their fault but they did not admit it and refused to make up or refund.
Do not cooperate with this cheater company.
It is my first time writing a review here and I will continue to write here in case someone else is cheated by this big liar as me.

Do Not Trust This Company. They should not even get one star. Their Money Back Guarantee is a complete sham. I was dealing with George, I believe he is out of San Francisco/San Rafael. They all use fake names and they ask you to do all the work, then want to charge you more. Been fighting with them to get my money back for 4 weeks. STAY AWAY. They are a nightmare and the FBI should be involved.

Alright, so after going back n forth for so long, these guys are not returning my money, instead MAX COOPER is threatening me that his team will file a case against me in the court because I am asking for a refund. I have been doing some research because I really need my money back and what I got to know is shocking, they are operating from Karachi, Pakistan and they are working by the name of Salsoft Technologies. They have scammed many people already and all these positive reviews are the fake ones. I will keep posting these reviews until I get my money back.

Final Follow up post… so I found a publisher who is listing articles for less than these guys. They are trying to sell me packages for thousands of dollars to get published. Telling me the articles I’m getting are banned on Wikipedia. However, I see pages of Wikipedia using the same press websites. They even HAD NERVE TO HAVE SOMEONE NAMED ANNA TELL ME TO TAKE DOWN MY POST! I told her she and her employer will be in PRISON. They ARE THIEVES. I will get the money back from my credit card are REPORT THEM TO THE CIA. They are using the internet to steal money.

Currently I will write what is going on. I payed $400 for a Wikipedia page. They took my money right away from my account. About 3 weeks later I received a well written page after I had to write down a summary of my life.

They also informed me I needed article to feature me and this would cost an additional $6000 luckily for me I already know independent publications that are willing to feature me for much less. I may have this company write and article or two if they can place me in major publications. I will update my review as well.

This company scammed me out of 2,000 dollars promising articles in The Source, Itzbitkit, Hip Hop Weekly, Straight Official, and Dope Future to support my approval for a Wikipedia page. They or he never delivered on my articles instead listed one in a fake news resource. When I asked for a refund I got the runaround no one contacted me back unless it was to talk me out of a refund. They told me they don't know when I will get my refund and to wait for a woman named “Sarah,” to contact me about my refund. She never called me back. A character name Ben White is the mastermind and he's scamming on 6 other wiki-writer sites. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. The phone number on the site doesn't work, the email on the site came back as invalid, and they don't have a business address listed. Oh yeah and their “writers,” are TRASH! My article looked like it was written by a middle school kid. Please stay away don't get scammed.

They draw you in, by 'selling a Wikipedia Page' listing, then once you purchase it, they say you are not eligible and need to buy more from them in order for it to go live. They trap your money, so you are forced to buy more. It's really dodgy.

I have also made contact with other customers (who have left negative reviews below) and they have all been scammed as well.

Save yourself the stress and do not engage with them.

This company is a scam. I sent them money for the creation of my Wikipedia page. They proceeded to stop all communication with me. Literally just stole my money. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. STAY AWAY. All the "positive" reviews on this site were absolutely written by them.

Customers service 0/10, not helpful at all, no greeting, answering back to the customers, staff really needs full training on the customers care!!!!

This company is a scam. They tell you that your article is notable and can be published. They then try to sell you additional packages on the basis that this will actually make your article notable once you have already parted with your money. They do not honour their money-back guarantee when your article is not published and instead deploy delay tactics, failing to answer calls, missing appointments and passing you around between colleagues. Do not fall for this. It is a trap.

This company is fraudulent - they scam you with impressive sales teams, take your money and then let your article sink into oblivion. They claim to give you a refund if you don’t publish but their tactics are to delay, ignore emails, miss calls and generally frustrate the process until you hopefully give up. We are still trying to get our money back. Do NOT use these people. They should be investigated

Wiki Publishers provided excellent services to me for setting up my page in Everypedia and they are also setting up my website. Chris has been very professional, honest and proactive in his communications with me. I am pleased to refer Wiki Publishers to other potential clients who want to set up their pages in Wikipedia and other such platforms.

CONSULTATION: While on their site, a little chat bubble popped up asking if I had any questions. I was immediately directed to a live rep who avoided copy-and-paste answers which was a huge relief. When I mentioned reading some questionable reviews, he asked if we could talk on the phone to address my concerns (which we did). After thoroughly evaluating my needs and online presence, I was assured I far exceeded the criteria for them to publish a Wikipedia page. Furthermore, I was assured if there were any issues they had a 100% refund policy. On the invoice however, it states payment equates to an agreement with the sites Term's and Conditions which outline a number of exclusions including issues with the client's "notability", if the customer changes their mind, and if the page is removed after 14 days of going live. Given the questionable reviews from others specifically regarding notoriety, I requested a note be added on my invoice excluding that provision before I submitted payment. They willingly complied which I appreciated, but "all of a sudden" their manager informed them of a competitor leaving negative reviews to ruin their credibility. I wasn't entirely convinced, but felt comfortable enough moving forward given the note I had them add to the invoice, and figured I could always dispute the charges with my bank if there was an issue.

PHASE 2: Immediately after processing payment, I was contacted by a team-member who walked me through how things worked and the questionnaire which needed to be completed before moving forward. On this form, it is important you are completely truthful/transparent as there is another exclusion for this on their refund policy. Personally, I feel like the questionnaire should be conducted in the initial consultation to see if you legitimately fit the necessary criteria by both their company and Wikipedia.

EVALUATION: Roughly a week after submitting my questionnaire, I called to see if they'd made any progress on my case. I was told they sent me an evaluation (which I did not), and was then told it must be a technical error and sent me a new one. To no surprise (as stated in many of the reviews I read), I did not meet the criteria for Wikipedia's notability requirements. Despite coverage from international media outlets, a full TV news feature, registered/published works, and a strong online presence, I was informed they couldn't proceed until I met the minimum (which is listed as 4-5 relevant links on their site, but varies significantly based on the weight of the citation's credibility and quality of the content). Very frustrating given the consult rep explicitly referenced a number of links stating I exceeded the requirements, yet I was rejected (or scored low). I mentioned the invoice exception and requested a refund, but was pitched a variety of services they could add on to help me better qualify. I contemplated applying the initial payment toward their verification services, contingent on removing the invoice T&C. They were willing to apply the deposit, but couldn't remove the invoice footer, at which point I asked for a refund.

COMPANY: In my opinion, their site is clear about the 100% Guarantee/refund policy, but is relatively vague about the procedure and requirements. That being said, my case manager (Chris A) was incredibly helpful, transparent, well-informed, committed to educating me on the process, personable, and was available as needed. Per the stipulation included in our agreement, he honored my request and expedited a refund. While I cannot attest to the company's ability to fulfill an end-result, they are knowledgeable and could be beneficial in building or establishing your name/brand.

NOTABILITY TIPS: The guidelines are outlined on Wikipedia, however, there's some writing between the lines. Firstly, you could be seen on something major like CNN or Forbes Magazine, but interviews and mentions carry significantly lower relevance compared to editorials/articles (even if the interview is exclusively about you/your business). Secondly, anything that praises you too highly may be interpreted as promotional or questioned as 'paid content'. Third, no matter how successful you are, it boils down to the source, and there are a handful which have been blacklisted. Next, remember Wikipedia is an open-source site regulated by users that can exclude links at their discretion - this also poses a threat to the longevity and quality of your page as it can be edited or removed (rendering the money-back guarantee null and void).

CONCLUSION: Friendly staff, I learned a little and got my money back, but feel mislead by the rep guaranteeing I exceeded Wiki's notability. However, they honored our arrangement so I would possibly use them in the future.

This is a scam. They provide a subscription product to help you create and maintain a Wikipedia page, but then try to upsell you to the tune of $20K to $25K when they report back that you don't have a sufficient online presence. And of course they can help with that. Avoid these guys like the bubonic plague.
