I visited the shop on Tuesday, 1st of July, full of joy and excitement, as I was looking to buy a small bunch of flowers for my wedding. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing and upsetting.
There was a man with glasses working there who was extremely rude and dismissive. When I politely explained that I was a bride and asked for help selecting a small bouquet, he didn’t even acknowledge the occasion with a simple “congratulations.” Instead, he immediately quoted a price — starting from £75 — which left both me and my partner quite shocked, as I hadn’t even asked about the price yet.
I then asked if we could just buy a few individual stems to arrange ourselves. He said yes, but those started from £48. Since we were short on time and needed something quickly, we felt pressured to go ahead with the purchase.
Unfortunately, the flowers we were given were not fresh at all. It felt like he just handed us whatever was left over — older stock he wanted to get rid of. Within just a few hours, due to the heat, the flowers had wilted and looked completely lifeless.
This experience was very disheartening, especially on such an important and emotional day for us. If you’re looking for flowers to brighten your special day, I strongly advise you to consider another place where your happiness and occasion will be treated with care and respect.

Wild at Heart created beautiful bud vases for us for a very special occasion, matching the colours to flowers they provided a year ago for another special occasion! As ever the flowers were beautiful and the vases were delivered carefully packaged - faultless service from the best florists in London.
My friend absolutely loved her flowers.. she was over the moon and they really cheered her up.. which is exactly what I had hoped they would do.. Your flowers are stunning and were delivered perfectly on time.
Extremely expensive, very arrogant man serving me.

Flowers were fantastic but were delivered too late in the day after our colleague had left the Chiswick Nursing Centre for the day.
The flowers are amazing and the shelf life is actually long. The bouquets where perfect looking and the delivery was on time.
Nice Flowers but I was disappointed by the size of the bouquet of flowers. I chose the largest size and the style wild.
In comparison, I ordered an additional bouquet of flowers by another company. It was less than half the prize, peonies marvellous even though just 10 of them without any accessoires it made a much better impression(80 pounds) . My husband, who received both bouquets, liked it though but did not know the large prize difference. So it fulfilled the purpose.
For the prize of nearly 300 pounds I definately expected more and feel a little betrayed. Maybe you did not send the ordered size? I prize of the second largest size might have been acceptable.

Flowers arrived looking tired and sad. Needed a lot of reviving. We cut stems, got rid of brown petals and sagging bits. Great improvement, but still not the brilliant standard one’s come to expect from Wild st Heart.

The flowers are amazing and just get better and better as they open! The yellow peonies are particularly fabulous! Only two disappointments in that I forgot to complete a message card to my daughter and was told by a member of staff to email the shop with my order number and message for inclusion, but it didn't happen. Also the Sezane perfume bottle was only half full. We emailed the store but no one has replied.
