Bought a cat feeder bowl & 2 bags of treats. Took ages and just bowl came (so badly packaged, polytene beads went everywhere just trying to get all the tape off. No treats came either. Waste of £41 and the company arnt even responding. So angry!!!

Ordered a tattoo machine from them only to find out they ship the product from Germany,and had a surprise customs payments that i wasn't expecting,why have a .UK website if your not shipping from uk? Waited a long time to get the parcel and obviously refused to pay the customs fees and now im struggling to get my money back,awful company

If you’re not from the country they sell from DON’T BUY!!!!
You’ll be hit with a ridiculous ‘VAT’ charge from the delivery company (the amount of which isn’t shown at checkout on the site) - they’re charging me £50 ON TOP of the goods price AND delivery fee I’ve already paid as usual on their site. I’m in the UK.

order came as described, had a little trouble with delivery but that was my fault.

Cheap products that are way smaller than expected. The cost is higher when you compare it to the quality they offer. They do not respond to emails and when they do they are rude and unwilling to help you resolve issues. I suggest you to not buy from this online shop

Poor experience and poor quality of products. I got two pieces for my navel piercing and within a few months, the one I was wearing ruined completely. I reached out to Customer Service asking for a replacement and they were only able to tell me the 30 day return period already expired, they did not mention or agree on the replacement and did not offer me any discount for the bad experience. They advised me to buy other products on their website which should be made of a better material (?).

I ordered a few body jewelry pieces. I got my usual order confirmation email, but never got an email saying that my order was shipped. I tried contacting customer service for a refund as I never recieved my item but it's impossible to get in contact with them. Please save yourself the time and money and do not order from this site.

The customer service is really bad. My expected delivery date arrived and no sign of my items. I called Wildcat who told me to take my complaint to UPS, not them.

I won't order from them again. They don't seem to care that my items are still missing, and they won't provide a refund.

Buying since years from Wildcat and can say I like the quality of their Jewellery.
Shipping was very fast.

I've ordered quite a few piercing jewelries from wildcat....BEFORE they expanded their range :( I ordered a few titan zironline items, segment rings, forward helix labrets. They were fantastic and a very good price, they stayed in for over 2 years (I've swapped them out for gold now). I never had any problems with the jewellery, it's fantastic quality. The delivery was fine, I never had a missing item, in my experience. I also had to contact the customer service a few times to ask for help and they were very accommodating.

Terrible company. Items showing as in stock when not. Slow shipping. Poor communication. Waiting for refund after 2 weeks. Shocking customer service. Avoid.

I placed an order nearly 1 month ago. Paying over £5 for the shipping too. Although I was happy as I knew I would expect my item in a matter of days. Upon receiving the 'item' it seems that my £5 shipping charge had in face paid for catalogue that I didn't need/want in the first place!! The labret I ordered was not included in the package! I contacted the company whose excuse was that they had a machine fault/item could not be made or had not arrived in time. Benefit of the doubt given they advised it would be with me soon. I then receive a further email saying it wouldn't be available until the end of april!!!
I asked for my money back which i was advised would take up to 14 days...lo and behold 14 days later I don't have my refund. Have contacted the company again whose excuse this time is their accounts staff was off ill!!!! What a joke. No item and no money back a month later. Do not order from England from this company!

Once a great business, back in the days the store was run from Blighty. Since moving their operation to Germany, service is absolutely dire. Ordered on the 14th October, no sign of items, no change in order status on website, no response to my messages. It seems that many complaints have been made lately about this business- take a look at their Facebook page. I have now started a PayPal dispute. An utter shambles, German efficiency my bottom! AVOID!!!

I've had quite a few orders from Wildcat, mainly because there are so few suppliers of some of their more specialist goods, but each time they have let me down with their awful shipping lead-times. Even when an item is showing as 'in stock' / available, they take days to even ship your orders. In this day and age where a good service is key, they fail in every respect.
I placed an order on the 8th May- website says 'available', their follow-up email (days later) confirms they're in stock, then a few days later you get a 'shipped' notification... I'm still waiting. It's the 16th today.
The website re-design is awful too. This company were once at the top of their game, but now they're pretty awful.
Bodyjewelleryshop provide a much swifter service with a far superior website. Up your game wildcat, these are competitive times.
