Williams Handbaked Reviews

Arrived yesterday cherry Madeira and it was just as though I had baked it at home it is delicious so I shall order again as I m unable to bake any more as I'm disabled in my hands

My order was placed very close to the date it was needed by and a quick call to the company confirmed that it would arrive on time. The recipient was thrilled ~ and so was I.

Thank you!

Amazing customer service and products are lovely! So quick to respond when we reported an issue and we loved the Oat Biscuits and Eccles Cakes! Thank you

To be fair I can't comment on other varieties of William's biscuits but my experience of the Fruit Shrewsbury Butter biscuits ( 6 biscuits for£4.75) will probably keep me from ever trying any others. The blandest fruit biscuits I and my husband have ever tasted -and we have tasted very many.A poor biscuit in a posh box is still a poor biscuit.

such great products and service
beautifully packaged and shipping nice and quick
first tried them at martin mere and were in love

Best eccles cakes I have had for a very long time.

Will not be perchance from Williams Handbaked again. Found the millionaire short bread too sickly greggs make better and wasn't impressed with the tray bake fruit slice or Eccles cakes.

Every item ordered was superb quality, just placed another order and can’t wait to get tucked in.

Amazing biscuits, so tasty! Excellent customer service and delivery. Will definitely order from here again.

Always efficient when ordered online and... of course... always loved by the recipient.

This is a brilliant company. Great for gifts. I ordered a gift yesterday evening in a rush put wrong delivery address. I emailed immediately and again this morning. Rory emailed straight back saying all was fine and gift was on its way to correct address. A personal service from a company is rare these days thank goodness for this one.

Excellent service from ordering to quick delivery.

Bought a mix of different cakes and biscuits and all were as advertised.

Loved each and everyone of them.

Keeping the high standard of your biscuits

I bought some eccles cakes at our local garden centre. I sadly seem to be out of sync with most reviews but i found them so dry they were really diifficult to eat. Not a pleasant experience at all.
Afraid i wont buy again

Following this review i was contacted by the owner/manager(?). He was concerned and after an exchange of emails I recieved a lovely box of more eccles cakes ( and a few biscuits too!)
These were far superior and juicy as i had originally expected. I can only assume that I got a rogue packet or the retailer hadnt stored them properly????? I was impressed by the bakerys attitude and as i am very keen to support small businesses will, as from today buy again! thank you Rory

ps date is 14th .

I’ve ordered from Williams Hand Baked for a number of years now and they’re consistently excellent. Great customer service, beautifully fresh products, and everything tastes amazing. I’ve also sent items as gifts to friends and they’ve been just as impressed. Highly recommend

Last time was our first order with you and the biscuits were excellent so big we could break them in half and share them I will certainly recommend them to our friends

I bought these biscuits as a present for a friend - She tells me that she is really enjoying them - The delivery arrived when expected which was great I will certainly buy from you again - Thank you

I cannot say these hampers were good because that would not be true. They were excellent! They were gifts for friends and hard working hospital staff who looked after my wife. Without exception, they all said they were the best they had ever had. Only problem was they were so good , they had problems to stop eating them!

Fast delivery great service , i had a christmas cake and it was fantastic x i would highly recommend this company x
