Why did I worry?
Was a little dubious about dropping off my phone and waiting for it to be returned to me so I read the reviews and all seemed great. Got a quote (cheaper than previous ones too). Dropped my phone off securely at 2pm was fixed and delivered back to my home address by 5.30pm. Screen was smashed and a new one needed. You do have to leave them a password or code for your phone but they do say you can take your Sim out for anyone worrying. They also need another means of contacting you but I had messenger on a different device. Would highly recommend.

Very fast and efficient service. We needed a replacement iPhone screen urgently. Even though we were very close to closing time when dropped off it was completed and well within the time quoted. Quality job done too.

Speedy iPhone SE Battery Replacement
I dropped off iPhone for a battery replacement, after booking it in and paying on the website. It was hand-delivered back to me, sorted, within 2 hours (I live nearby). Excellent communications too. Would use again.

I need the whole screen replacing on a fire 10 tab & adding screen protector great service I was guided to a drop off box, where to leave my tablet & payment.
I recieved it back all done after 3days.

Fabulous experience
Fabulous experience. I was a bit apprehensive to start with regarding the drop off procedure but I needn’t have been. I realised on arriving at the premises how secure, easy and efficient the process is. Communication with Joe was brilliant and my iPad was back with me in pristine condition 2 days later. Exceptional Service – Fast, Reliable, and Convenient!
My Huawei phone had completely stopped working, and I thought it was beyond saving. I reached out to Williams Repair House, and they exceeded all expectations! They quickly identified the issue, ordered the necessary part right away, and kept me updated throughout the process.
As soon as the part arrived, they contacted me immediately. I dropped off my phone, and to my amazement, it was repaired and delivered back to my house within just 2 hours!
The communication was excellent, the service was incredibly efficient, and most importantly, my phone is working perfectly again. I couldn’t recommend Williams Repair House enough – they’re absolute lifesavers!
