Service is always outstanding no complaints there. If I can comment on kit pricing, i and my 3 other mates who are loyal WW users were disappointed when WW parted ways with HN (won't use full name) that WW didn't review their pricing to support their customers. Surely without HN needing their chunk of cake there would be opportunity to revisit retail pricing to support the end user. We all think the WW kits are the best available but pricing needs to be better, especially when you consider we can deal direct with the manufacturer/supplier. Otherwise couldn't be happier, keep up the good work

Appreciate your glowing review Colin! Just wanted to jump in and provide some commentary around the pricing as I totally understand where you are coming from and just want to clarify a few things. You might be surprised to learn that we don't actual own the manufacturing facilities of the ingredients so although the malt extracts are WilliamsWarn branded and have been made to our own specs, we don't actually have any control over the pricing and are essentially a middle-man from a commercial point of view. As much as we would love to drop pricing on the kits we simply do not have enough margin available to do this and continue supporting the home brew stores and other wholesalers. We have sucked up multiple price increases from all ingredient suppliers over the past few years so you should find our pricing is comparable to most other brands on the market. One other thing to be aware of is many other ingredient kits include sub-par ingredients such as dextrose which reduce the cost significantly but they also reduce the final quality of the beer which we don't want to do. It is worth noting this when comparing prices as when you start to compare full kits including dry malt and premium yeasts versus our competitors they become very similar.
