Quality of sofa bed very good and quick efficient service. Only thing that let it down was the delivery team didnt seem to understand the handling of item squeezing it through doors at the completely wrong angle i did check it thoroughly for rips or dents when they eventually got it in after being stuck on top of the stairs for ages

Recommended sofa bed
I'm very pleased with my whole experience of buying my sofa bed. The website was very clear with the multiple options of fabric. I was confused about the mattress options, as I thought I could change the type of mattress based what I read. A few more positives: it's a great price for the quality, I was kept informed of the updates via email communications, I got a fabric sample sent to me without asking in case I changed my mind, I got my sofa within 3 weeks well ahead of what is mentioned on the website, and delivery itself was smooth (pay for the sofa to get delivered to the room) with a demo of how to open and close the sofa bed. The sofa bed itself is quite firm as expected as both a sofa and a bed, though I am planning to buy a padded mattress protector.

Quality sofa and quality people
I found Willow and Hall after a LONG online search for an high quality sofa bed for my first home, and was really impressed by their wonderful ethos and dedicated customer service team (small touches, like sending you a fabric swatch after your order are really thoughtful). After an unforeseen issue delivering my original sofa order, (ah the joys of a Victorian staircase!) the Willow and Hall team could not have been more helpful, or any kinder! They were speedy to identify the issue, reassure me about a refund and advise me on an alternative sofa. Thanks to the team, I was able to find an Even Better Sofa for my space, and I’m so grateful for everything the customer service, aftercare and workshop team did to help get it to me as soon as possible! Everytime I walk into my flat I beam - the sofa is beautifully crafted, and thanks to the bespoke nature of their ordering system, it really is the perfect sofa for me. The house velvet is buttery soft, the colour is gorgeous and it’s the cosiest sofa I’ve ever sat on! This was my first purchase of a sofa ever, and I will recommend W&H to everyone I know - not just because of the quality of their product, but the quality of their people. (Also shout out to the delivery team, for their heroic efforts getting it in!)

The company itself is very good and the product is of excellent quality.
However, the delivery firm they use is not careful enough when delivering the items, which resulted in having a damaged sofabed twice. The first one was replaced free of charge, the second one was repaired by upholsterers who were sent by the company. However, the whole process ended up taking a long time before it was all put right!

Willow and Hall - 5 stars, delivery? 1 star
Navigating the website was easy, ordering was easy, and the sofabed is super! The colour wasn't quite what it looked like on my computer screen, but it's still lovely.
The delivery service, however, was a little interesting.... The two young men who came, did not communicate well with each other when it came to bringing the sofabed in. I made suggestions as to how they could best angle it (their initial idea would definitely have damaged the door frame at the very least. Thankfully, they listened. I don't think one of them had much English. I'm just relieved they didn't damage the walls as they maneuvered it upstairs. Again, if they had listened to my suggestion, it would have gone up the stairs quite easily.
So, I would suggest a conversation with the people who organise deliveries. There are definite improvements that could be made.

Ordered a sofa bed online after first having received swatches. Delivery by two very capable men took place well within the expected time. The item was placed in the desired position and we were shown how to convert it. The whole process worked like clockwork and we are delighted with our purchase.

Great quality and competitive price. Great help from lady I rang with a mattress size enquiry. Proactive service to send me fabric sample because they noticed I hadn’t ordered samples before ordering. With a willingness to change the fabric isle needed. It arrived in the earlier timescale. It’s a true king size mattress hard to find but essential if you want to have two normal sized adults sleeping on it. Our guests said very comfortable - it’s the memory foam mattress. Very happy would 100% recommend the shop and the sofabed.

Good customer service during the ordering process. Sent out material sample after order and all for a period you can change your mind on colour selected. Issue with delivery, but their van broke down, however contacted straightaway and kept informed. Sofa bed arrived, great quality, easy to pull out and put back.

It was a surprisingly easy process and fabulous sofa!
It was a surprisingly easy process! The website is really easy to use, it's always a gamble to order a sofa without sitting on it but it's paid off. The fabric samples arrived super quickly, and the sofa (8 seater sofa bed) is perfect. It arrived really quickly, maybe 4 weeks, and it's exactly as we'd hoped, it looks lovely. Haven't used the bed yet but sure it will be fine. Only slight issue is after we'd ordered there was no contact or update on timings of delivery, we just got a message from the courier confirming date of delivery. Delivery was also painless. I love the sofa, it was a great value, and I would use Willow & Hall again.

I purchased a sofa bed which was…
I purchased a sofa bed which was delivered on time last November. Delivery men were great. The order was placed by telephone and the member of staff was very helpful and polite. The item looks great in my lounge, the mattress on the sofa bed is very comfortable, my one slight niggle is that the sofa cushions seem not to be quite as firm in the centre of the sofa as they are towards the arms but this in no way detracts from my satisfaction.
