I just treated myself to a late birthday present of a second piece of jewellery from Willow and Twigg. I absolutely love both rings, although each is very different. Kelly’s workmanship is second to none, her design and packaging are beautiful, attention to detail is amazing, plus she has been super helpful and mega quick with replying and solving my sizing queries. Kelly is extremely professional and makes beautiful jewellery - I’ll find it hard to choose what to buy next as it’s all gorgeous!

Kelly is such an amazing person as well as a silversmith. She brought an idea to life, an idea that I didn’t actually know I needed. I wear the ring on my finger constantly now.

I highly recommended this artisan! Not only does she create absolutely beautiful jewelry, she also has the very best customer service. She is friendly, so helpful and accommodating. The recipient of the gift I purchased loved the piece!

I purchased an oak leaf bracelet for my sister-in-law for her 50th bracelet. I was tempted to keep it, it looked good on the picture but so much better in real life. It went down a treat. Delivered speedily and arrived in plenty of time for the required date. Thank you

I ordered a pair of earrings as soon as they were listed as I’d seen them on the Facebook page as a new design. They arrived two days later and are exactly as I hoped. Unusual artisan design, beautifully and thoughtfully presented with a handwritten note. They were a gift to myself but would make a beautifully wrapped present. Thank you Kelly x

I bought a hammered silver necklace a few months ago and love it. I needed a new bracelet so Willow & Twigg was my first port of call. I like the bracelet that matched my necklace, but it was a bit bigger than I'd usually go for, so I contacted Kelly to see if she was able to do a smaller version.
She took all my comments on board and sent photos of an amended design, which was perfect! I even decided to treat myself to the earrings too ☺
I paid for my order at 2pm, and by the same time the next day, the package dropped through my door!! The bracelet is more stunning in real life and fits in perfectly with my existing bracelets, and the earrings are perfect too.
Everything is beautifully packaged, comes with detailed care instructions, and you can tell Kelly takes great care and pride in her work.

Bought a lovely tie tack with a green sea glass centre for my husband. He is very pleased with it. Beautifully made and packaged and arrived within two days of ordering.

Delighted from start to finish. I ordered hammered silver stud earrings as a gift. They appeared to represent excellent value and the information contained in the Etsy advert was comprehensive and informative. I was not disappointed. I received the earrings 2 days later, well packaged and the rings were beautifully presented in a small decorated hessian pouch. Quirky but lovely. My wife confirms that the quality is excellent. I have now parcelled them and sent them on as a gift. Very happy. I have communicated with Kelly via Etsy and had a lovely reply. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you Kelly.

I love the sea glass jewellery - just gorgeous sea treasures, and I think Kelly has beachcombed just about every colour of sea glass you can imagine! Attention to detail, unique designs, and oh so gorgeously wrapped and presented. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for treasured gifts - and don't forget to treat yourself too!

Over the last two years I have bought numerous items from Willow and Twigg and have always been incredibly impressed with the service and quality of the items. When my daughter wanted her first grown up necklace she browsed the website and chose a jewel and a silver flower not currently matched in the collection and they were happily paired and despatched.

The packaging is always so beautiful. A linen bag, tissue paper wrapped in a leaf ribbon, a box lined with tissue paper and then an aftercare package to ensure you can care for your silver

I’ve been gifted a sea glass liberty necklace, treated myself to a silver anklet and beautiful green sea glass earrings. This Christmas I received some lovely hand cut Christmas tree earrings and I’m also lucky to own a flower pendant. I can see many more of Kelly’s creations in my future, they’re so lovely, bespoke and beautifully made.

Without hesitation I would use Willow and Twigg regularly. The amount of care and attention to detail is a delight. Right through from design and production, to presentation and packaging. Every stage is beautifully put together. Well done to Kelly !

Very efficient service and most importantly her jewellery is just gorgeous.

Beautiful unique and hand crafted items made with love. I have bought several pieces from willow and twigg. The owner/jeweller Kelly, has always been so helpful, providing a very personal service. Often sending extra info, such as when and where on the beach she found the glass/stone for the piece. Really makes you feel that you have purchased a truly unique and special gift. Prices are really reasonable too.

All items are beautifully wrapped before shipping with a hand written message if you require.
