Free item is only free on first order ……. But this is not what they advertise
I orded an item from TikTok which came with a free item , it didn’t say if you had orded before you were not entitled to the free item again , so I orded because my daughter wanted a bag which was the free item , it never came so I rang them …… I was told I had already had a bag before on an order ! But it says a free bag when you order …….doesnt say anywhere only one ! False advertisement

Great Products and Great Customer Service
I have used Willpowders products for a couple of years and I love them (Keto Creamer, Collagen, Electrotide and all of the protein powders). I have found everything to be great quality and I have felt a significant improvement in my general health since taking them. The taste of the protein powders is also the best of any protein powder that I have ever used - I particularly like the strawberry, it's just like a strawberry milkshake.
Orders are usually delivered promptly and are well packaged and their loyalty points scheme is really generous so I bulk order to maximise my points.
I placed an order at the end of August for a number of products but unusually it did not arrive. I raised this through the website and it was promptly resent out without quibble. Contact is initially with the Willpowders chatbot who passed the issue over to a member of the contact team promptly to resolve. I cannot fault the customer service, it has been excellent.

I would love to give a 5 Star review BUT
I would love to give a 5 Star review, and whilst the product itself certainly deserves all the stars, the way the product is handled by the delivery agent is far from good. Twice i have ordered and twice the delivery agent has taken zero care in handling the delivery to the point the last time is heavy rain they ignored the 'leave in a safe place' which was the shed and left it in the garden. the packaging simply fell away and interfered with the internal packages.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We are truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with the courier on both occasions, especially regarding the disregard for your "leave in a safe place" instructions during heavy rain. We understand how frustrating it is when packaging is compromised due to mishandling. Your feedback is invaluable as we strive to improve our service.
Many thanks

The Best Collagen powder and MCT Keto Creamer
I've been using both Willpowders Bovine Collagen Powder and MCT Keto Creamer every day, and they are completely non-negotiable parts of my daily routine. I've tried several collagen products over the years, and this is the only one I've found that is truly tasteless. It mixes effortlessly into my coffee and herbal teas
The collagen has become a staple for supporting my overall wellness, and I've noticed positive changes in my hair, skin, and nails since using it consistently. The MCT powder provides sustained energy and helps keep me focused throughout the day without any crash.
What sets these products apart is the quality and ease of use. They blend perfectly, are gentle on digestion, and fit seamlessly into my lifestyle. I've tried plenty of alternatives, but these are the only ones that have earned a permanent place in my routine. I genuinely notice the difference when I'm not taking them.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for high-quality, effective supplements that are easy to incorporate into everyday life.

Hi Alison,
Thanks for leaving a review,
We're sorry to hear the soup wasn't what you hoped for! Unfortuantely, this is a policy which the customer service team have to follow with any items that have been opened. We've had a look into this with them and we can see they have sent you out a replacement whizzer head and offered Good fat club points as a good will gesture.
We're sorry again that this isn't the outcome you hoped for! We will pass your feedback onto the wider team.
Many thanks

I've been a WillPowders devotee for 3 years…
I've been a WillPowders devotee for three years now, and have loved every product I've tried. The quality of products, speed of delivery and customer service is exceptional!
My favourite go-to products are the collagen and protein powders, and I love that I can take these on the go wherever I travel thanks to the trusty stash (travel) tin and their travel sachets. The collagen is really fantastic - flavourless, disappears into a drink, and I've really noticed the change in my hair and nails in particular. I'm lost without my disco spoon and was delighted to receive my mini one as a surprise gift in my most recent order.
The moisturising candle is wonderful! All candles should be like this. The smell is fantastic and it really does moisturise.
The kombucha powder is brilliant with sparkling water, for when you don't fancy water or juice, and want a more grown up drink.
I'm also a fan of the calm tablets, which, alongside all of the products I use from Willpowders, really help my perimenopausal symptoms. I feel more equipped to face the day!
My most recent new products are the creatine and ice pops, and so far I'm loving them!
A wonderful brand, with outstanding products ❤️
