Excellent customer service
I contacted willpowders as my whizzer head broke and I got a response straight away ! I was surprised how quickly they got back to me and said that they would post a new head which I’m really happy about as I have not been able to use it !

I have been with willpowders for a few…
I have been with willpowders for a few years - love their MCT and Collagen. HOWEVER, tried their soups which are £20 for 10 cup a soups, and taste horrible, the smell and the consistency. Tried to tell customer services - only to be told tough, they have bene opened and my clogged whizzer not even a mention!!! Dont waste your money consumers!!! No longer a customer

I've been a WillPowders devotee for 3 years…
I've been a WillPowders devotee for three years now, and have loved every product I've tried. The quality of products, speed of delivery and customer service is exceptional!
My favourite go-to products are the collagen and protein powders, and I love that I can take these on the go wherever I travel thanks to the trusty stash (travel) tin and their travel sachets. The collagen is really fantastic - flavourless, disappears into a drink, and I've really noticed the change in my hair and nails in particular. I'm lost without my disco spoon and was delighted to receive my mini one as a surprise gift in my most recent order.
The moisturising candle is wonderful! All candles should be like this. The smell is fantastic and it really does moisturise.
The kombucha powder is brilliant with sparkling water, for when you don't fancy water or juice, and want a more grown up drink.
I'm also a fan of the calm tablets, which, alongside all of the products I use from Willpowders, really help my perimenopausal symptoms. I feel more equipped to face the day!
My most recent new products are the creatine and ice pops, and so far I'm loving them!
A wonderful brand, with outstanding products ❤️

Excellent customer service
I have a subscription for the collagen powder. This month there was a slight problem when it arrived. The pouch hadn’t been sealed properly. This was the first time there has ever been a problem. I contacted customer services who quickly sorted out the problem & arranged for an immediate replacement. They couldn’t have been more helpful or professional.

FALSE ADVERTISMENT
Just bought products of tik tok site from willpowders offering a free gift, now to be told only on gift per person never seen this advertised any where when i bought the goods. i was buying this for someone else if i had seen this advert saying only one per person i would not had bought it. contacted them about the false advertisement customer service replay is shocking they just keeping saying it shows on per customer when i bought but i can not see if if i try to buy again then thEY say thanks for the feed back AGAIN THIS IS NOT FEED BACK ITS A COMPLAINT

I have been taking the collagen powder…
I have been taking the collagen powder regularly for months and noticed it helps with my nail and hair strength. I realised how much of a difference it makes when I stopped taking it during a long holiday. I should have stocked up on the travel sachets! And will do next time
